El Crucero Grill Mesa — Restaurant in El Paso

If i could give a zero i would. Usually i am shy and reserve and let a lot go. And i did. I just quietly ate. Paid. Then left. First it wasn't clear if they sit us, or we seat our selves. A small child gave me my menu. That's whatever. Until i saw his mother smugly counting the money he was giving her and profiting off of her child while holding a baby. We weren't sure where to order and there was no direction. The waitress was sweet. She was confused about our drink order so we corrected her. That's no big deal. But after our food. We never saw her again. Chips were stale. Salsa was whatever. We never got drink refills. Caldo de res had no flavor. Rice was dry. Corn dogs were microwaved and gross. I get it. A lot of restaurants microwave. But at least don't let the weenie get leathery, fries had no seasoning. Menudo had no flavor. But as soon as I saw an eyelash in my menudo. I just told my husband to pay so i can leave. Not my worst dining experience. But extremely...

Horrible experience. Real bad customer service experience. The server was much more concerned with how she looked/moved and the possibility of who's looking at me than the customer's needs. I got flavored cream for my coffee that I did not ask for. When I dare to ask for just regular cream she said "sure of course". Cream got to my table at the very end when I was finally able to ask for a refill. We had to ask for some type of salsa because we never got any. Our Caldos de Res were cold, the Tacos de Buche were cold, the Chile Relleno in a Mexican plate was cold. A couple of ladies stood there (on their phone of course) while tables were dirty and providing a discusting apperance. Poor poor...

The food was ok but the service was terrible...there was not many people in the restaurant but we still never got refills on our coffee or water..we got 2 of our plates but our other order (shrimp and fish caldo) was taking long so we asked for it to go since we were on our lunch break..when we got back to work we opened up caldo and saw that it was missing the shrimp and the fish was still raw...we called to complain and were told to go back for a new one..it still took long to get it and they still seemed confused as to it containing shrimp and if it came with tortillas or bread..will not...
