The overall vibe and place itself was great, the food was very delicious I went with my friend and I had the avocado seared salad, the reason why I am rating it two stars is the service that was given to us. Our server barely greeted us because she was too busy talking to someone at the bar, we were served water and it took a while for her. To get to our table we ordered the Adobe Nachos for a starter and then it took about another 15 to 20 min for her to take our order, which is fine I was a server for a chunk of my life and she had 3 other tables. Once she took our order she proceeded to forget about our coffee we had ordered because most of the time she was talking again to the person or friend at the bar. We did not get checked on until another 20 minutes after we. Got our food. In that time another two āfriendsā walked in whim she attended promptly served them both coffees within 5 minutes and took there order pronto as well. I have worked in this industry and I appreciate that she would tend to her friends and a family as such but it does not excuse her of how bad of customer service we received. So much for seeking feedback to improve as these reviews are intended. So much for freedom of speech! Their actions are simply more evidence of their amateurish efforts to successfully run a business. I'm not a huge influencer with tens of thousands of followers. Far from it. I'm simply a customer that is unhappy with this business. The sad part is that only 12 people had read my review. Shows you how interested the public is in the Piedmont restaurant doesn't it.

Every dish I ordered was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection, leaving me thoroughly satisfied. The culinary aspect of my experience was truly exceptional.
However, what prevents me from giving this place a full five-star rating is the service. Although the staff was generally courteous and attentive, I can't overlook the unprofessional behavior of the lady in charge. Her attitude was off-putting and negatively impacted the overall dining experience. Instead of making us feel welcomed, it felt as though she was deliberate in her unwelcoming demeanor.
It is truly disheartening when such delicious cuisine is tainted by a lackluster service experience. I truly hope the management will take my feedback into consideration and work on improving their customer service skills, ensuring future diners have a well-rounded experience.
