Mesa Inn Hotel — Hotel in El Paso

I love this motel at 4151 N mesa. People and staff are very kind and helpful. The housekeeping ladies do an amazing job cleaning the rooms and hallways. But this motel is more for long stay people then short stay. The Manger will work with you if you need more time paying but you have to keep your word. He will put locks on doors who can't keep their word and you'll have to come up with the money to be able to get your stuff. This place is kid friendly. We all look out for each other. They do allow pets but you have to pay a pet fee. If the room is dirty the staff can put you in a different room. The Manger is also doing his best to make this motel a better place for everyone. I give this motel a 5 star because everyone here is good to me. I stay to myself and I pay on time. If I'm late I let the Manger know and we work something out and I keep my word. Absolutely love this motel mostly because the front desk worker Jonathan helps me so much helps me with bringing my huge packages to my room since there so heavy I don't have anyone to help me and is always so welcoming each time I go to the front desk he has also helped me change rooms because of some issues with the old room he always professional he has even helped me set up a baby monitor on my phone with my camera in my room so I can see my kids and animals inside my room while I walk my dog I can watch them from my phone and helped me set up a extended baby gate so my toddler can't get near the door i have a house in fort Hancock but need to do business in the el paso area so we need a place to stay a few days a week we rent...

To be fair one has to understand, this place is very inexpensive, so its not going to be like staying at the Hilton lol I will say that the staff is absolutely excellent and friendly, especially the girl working at the desk, she's super cool.. and the cleaning lady is so helpful and kind.. Thats the positive part..

The negative is some of the clientele there, was very difficult to sleep with the banging on doors, yelling, and arguing, things being thrown, even some screaming from about 2am onwards.. cops...
