El Hut Cafe #2 — Restaurant in El Paso

First time coming back in a long while and the service left a lot to desire. Because we were unsure if they had dine in we asked before coming inside and we were told to come on in. The waitress took a while to come bring menus even if we were the only table when she did come she had a bad attitude and was severely uninviting. The order was not brought out correctly include quite a few wrong orders, no bacon when asked for a bacon cheeseburger missing fries for a torta etc. After she brought the food she went into the back and disappear for a while no asking if anyone needed anything else or if everyone was good like refills or something else. When we finally asked the cook if he could call her she came with a bad attitude. I'm deeply disappointed to say that the food is also not up to the old standards the menudo which we used to love from there is no longer good and was too greasy. All in all it was not...

Got the wrong order they gave me a hot dog instead of bacon cheeseburger she also tried to charge me extra saying I paid less when the burger is 7.65 and the hotdog is $6 dollars and something, she also tried saying the hotdog is the same price and I told her no is not she still tried to make me take the hotdog lol 😂 never coming back Poor cashier skills poor service, gave her the hotdog and throws in the trash lmao while she was taking to the “owner” on the phone lying as cashier!!!

Still have to wait another 10 mins for a burger i ordered 20 mins ago this is crap honestly

Shout out to the cook super nice and I know it wasn’t her fault it was the cashier telling the cook the wrong order.

Ordered the shredded beef taco plate which come with 3 crispy corn tortillas (these are not like the store bought shells), rice and beans. Tacos are loaded with meat, light lettuce, tomatoes, shredded white cheese and served with two small containers of salsa. Be sure to order a side of avocado as it makes the taco flavor burst in your mouth. Small establishment with friendly staff and very reasonable prices.
