Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in El Paso

Recently moved to this side of town by this location and I will have to say it's the worst one I've ever been to, and I've lived in ep my whole life! Everytime the pizza is disgusting but we manage, but tonight really had it for me. First I ordered the new "stuffed crust that has Parmesan cheese on top, as well as cheese" picked it up and no parmesan on crust like detailed, so I call and speak to the manager and she says to bring it back and she'll have a fresh one ready. The pizza she was trying to give me was so undercooked it instantly folded, and she tried to say "it's cooked" it's so thin and undercooked it's not EDIBLE! NEVER COMING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN! PLEASE GET NEW MANAGEMENT, this isn't your first bad review. I will make sure I relay this to everyone I know!! That's how deeply I feel about the way the situation was handled. Please stay away from location! JVs pizza is better and less then a 3 min drive...

Spent about $50 at this location was not ready for the lack of response or attitude that was given to me by the manager. Not a single word was said from her other than a terrible look on her face as if she were annoyed because my order was not complete. I picked up my order from the portal and realized my sauce was missing. As I addressed her she only looked at me tore off my receipt from my box looked at me annoyed gave me my sauce and didn't say a single word and walked away no apology, no I'm sorry for that mix up nothing of that sort. I come to this location because it's right down the street but the same manager always has the worst attitude every time I go. The two special order pizzas that I had placed where undercooked. The crazy bread was cold and the pepperoni pizza that I ordered was well over...

Was allowed to order exactly what we want. 2 hot N ready pizzas. Was glad not to have to switch to a different pizza place to get what we want. This location is clean and staff is amazingly nice. Friendly and helpful. This store should be the role model for their other El Paso locations. Never force a customer to order a product. I'd rather pay $7 for a hot n ready than be forced to eat the extra most barfness pizza. This location is very american in that the customer is allowed to order what they want not be forced into what a company wants for you. Pizza looks aesthetically pleasing. Very tasty....
