Where do I begin.. the manager/ owner is very rude . Tells me “you need to acknowledge your mistakes too” yeah the mistake of trusting you guys with my son’s birthday cake. We specifically told them that we just wanted the cake to MATCH the cake toppers that we left with them, make it look pretty but they decided to go with their own design when they didn’t even have their own decorations to go with it in the first place. They were able to switch out the colors but then to cake cutting.. 3 of my guests found hair IN the cake and I called the store this morning and all he said is “it doesn’t make sense the cake is cooks at 450 degrees” then offers me 25% refund when more than half my cake wasn’t used because we had 3 people let us know there was hair in the cake. It literally ruined my son’s birthday party and he only wants...

The customer service here is absolutely awful. The main girl at the entrance kept blaming me, saying it was my fault for not bringing the receipt, even though I showed her a clear picture of it (front and back) with my name and all the details. She gave me so much attitude, talked back to me, and acted like I was the problem. I stayed polite the entire time, even saying “thank you” as I left, but she almost threw the cake at me! If I hadn’t caught it, it would’ve hit the floor. To make things worse, she argued that cakes don’t come with a box, which makes no sense. Unpleasant experience. If Johanna is up front, don't bother to go in. Rude, disrespectful and definitely hates her job. She treats you like she is doing you a favor. Rushes you out and gets annoyed while you are choosing your bakery items because you are wasting her time. Seriously? The fun thing about bakeries is choosing your bread! Then she charges you before you are done. If you also order bread from the back that she has to walk to go get she will throw you the bag of bread when she gets back with it because you made her work. Called manager, made excuses for her.
