This was the worst little Cesar’s in the city. Pizza was dry, not fresh at all and cold. I also got a pizza that was custom ordered a missing a topping. When I called customer service to report it they offered me 25% back for the missed topping only and then told me I would have to reorder it to get the right pizza. ABSOLUTE TRASH. I ordered nearly 60.00s worth of food and it was the crappiest customer service I’ve ever experienced from any pizza place. I would call and file a report directly with the location, but no surprise….they have no phone service.

I purchased a “pretzel crust” pizza and saw that it was NOT a pretzel crust pizza it’s literally a regular crust with salt put on it and the filling is the nacho cheese sauce with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. I tried to talk to the person who baked it and informed me that the crust isn’t a pretzel crust and that it only needed to be put in the oven longer for it to brown. No one has ever mentioned this before and I recall that the crust in the past was like a soft pretzel crust. I don’t like this version of it and I’m disappointed!

Ordered a pepperoni pizza light sauce well done. If what i received was well done. Id hate to see a regular cooked pizza. Still doughy and white. In my experience when crust on pizza is still white..not cooked! Luckily I was coming home. So stuck it In Oven again to actually cook it through. Most of these little Caesars places have gone to crap. Actually surprised they are still in business if they are giving out food like that.

Walked in, door chimed. No body said anything of looked to the front. Couple minutes went by then looked like a manager Walked up. I asked for a pizza, hands me a pizza with out opening it for me. I opened the box and was a regular pepperoni missing a bunch of pepperoni... I asked to see another pizza, he informed me that he'd have to throw the first one away since I touched it. So I asked him to open the second box and it was about the same missing a bunch of pepperonis. At that point I just gave up. Seems like they're selling regular pepperonis for the price of most bestest price. Even my son was like what the heck it's...

Today I went to this Little Caesars location as I go regularly and ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas, the person that took my order was in a serious bad mood, his Name is Luis, but after I had finished ordering he said anything else I can help you with, to what I replied yes, could you please give me some napkins he provided TWO napkins and was upset by me asking. Every time I go there and I ask for napkins they usually give me 5 or 6 napkins only one of the people that work there is nice and provides more. But I mean TWO NAPKINS FOR TWO PIZZAS, Really? I will not be going back to that location Customer...
