Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in El Paso

Horrible service! So I show up at 4 and order from the hot n ready menu then I get asked to drive up to the front of the store. Almost 30 minutes later this kid walks out with my pizzas. He hands um to me says sorry and walks away as I'm talking. What is with these kids with no customer service skills. If it wasn't for my autistic son who wouldn't understand if he didn't get his pizza I would have driven back around through the drive thru and gotten my money back. Store manager whoever you are what the hell is going on? Whoever was on shift today obviously needs to be retrained. Managers please don't hire kids who can't speak to customers. I feel so pissed and disrespected. If I see that kid again I'm just not ordering in the future. And no it wasn't packed. There was no line and one girl...

Overall this location service is terrible, the manager who took my order was rude. I ordered hot and ready pizza, after I paid I was told to park in front that there was a wait. I would have like to have been told beforehand because I did have time to wait. The outside of the store has trash everywhere and did feel comfortable with food after seeing all that. The entrance of the location should be a reflection of the team working here, if they do not care enough to clean I can only imagine the care they put into making the food. Horrible customer service. I called to order a cheese pizza and I show up 12 min later also when I showed up no one helped me over the counter but there were 3 workers there laughing and hanging forgetting they had a job but anyways they apparently didnt have an order for me.
