ETA: i initially posted this review as 5 stars to get the little free sticker. right after i did this the woman that was ringing me up decided to call my husband an idiot and stupid because he made a comment about privacy settings on phones with google. he ended up walking away and sitting down because it put him in shock that someone, especially a worker, would say that. she then told me “oooh i upset him”. yes. yes you did. then went on to tell me about a friend of hers that she thinks is stupid for his opinion of privacy because he has an alexa. i didn’t even know what to say. i just wanted to buy my shirt and leave. this completely put us off on ever...

Grunt Style has some of the best customer service I've ever encountered. Once you enter their store, they kindly greet you and inform you of current deals and sales. While shopping, the employees check up on you to see if you need help looking for something or offer to hold on to the things you plan on buying. 10/10 best customer service in the whole outlet mall. Lastly, I'd like to give a shout out to Anna! This gal needs to get a raise asap. She made sure my hands were never full when I was in the middle of shopping and frequently asked if I needed help, all while having a sweet and kind smile. Grunt Style...

Thanks Chuck! You helped make a long $580 shopping trip move efficiently by knowing exactly where to find each item I had screenshots of on my phone. You were able to offer alternates when something was out of stock (Notorious M. I. C. & S#itshow Supervisor sweaters), inform on current sales, assist with locked up items, and ensure my discounts were applied. I was strapped for time and really needed to get what I came in for today...I feel so blessed you were there to keep my day moving in the right direction!...
