I don't write any reviews, but this is an exception, just to keep an eye out for the customers going to this business. Left my watch on October 2017 for a repair. Kept calling to see the status and told me that the following Mondays they would call me, never heard from them. Called again and spoke to a manager called Olivia, told me she would PERSONALLY call my phone and tell me how long would the repair take after contacting the manufacturer. Called again because never heard from her, turns out she left the place for reasons unknown. Called again late February (keep in mind this has been going on for over 4 months now) they told me that they've had the watch already. Asked them since when, NEVER answered me, they dodged the question with some other explanation. I just went with it since all I wanted was my watch back.
This is where it gets interesting, I was so happy to have my watch back. Was so busy with work until recently I noticed that my watch had a piece of DEBRIS inside the crystal of the watch in between the minute hand. JESUS CHRIST. I went back to speak to a manager by the name of Susy Russell, she told me she would have to send it back AGAIN to have it fixed, granted I didn't stay quiet. I asked her how long, emphasized that I just got the watch back after waiting for 4 almost 5 months. Told me that there's no other way, didn't offer me to replace it all together, or a refund, NOTHING.

We ācheatedā on Kay to purchase a cheaper preowned set to upgrade my original set since I lost so much weight. We didnāt want to resize mine but also didnāt want to trade it in. That ring we order from another jeweler was a nightmare and that experience was too. We went to Kay to pick up my original set from being redipped and the store manager Natalie was helping us as I looked at some of their preowned rings. She actually helped me find a new ring, a Leo diamond ring in store on clearance that I didnāt even see but Iām in so love with! As we looked for a band I couldnāt find one that I loved to go with it. As I continued to look at the bands in the case she looked on the Kay site and found a preowned Leo band that looked to be a match. She did the photo try on with the engagement ring on my hand and we shared many laughs while doing so. She was so sweet and helpful! She helped us get it ordered and also put a temporary ring guard on so I could wear the ring out of the store! A week later I got the band in and she remembered me when I went back in to send my rings to get resized!
