I have only dined in once before when it just opened (bad experience then as well - horrible customer service). Today I thought I'd give it another go, but delivery due to COVID-19 I rather stay home and safe. So I placed my order online at 7pm. Checked my delivery status ever 10min as it said online confirmation my est time of arrival would be 732pm. Found it worrisome that by 750 my pizza was still in "baking" status and kind you I am 10 min away from location. So naturally I call, to check status the person on the phone says my pizza out for delivery sorry for wait and disconnects (eerily I did not provide my name number anything...) then only to receive a phone call 30 seconds later "yes this is Marcos pizza your order on its way".. Finally 805pm (1 hour from my order being placed) it is delivered non contact of course. I step out to retrieve my order in front of my door way, as the pizza delivery guy lags behind I say thank you, he then proceeded to say do you want to leave a tip? Uh no bro I think in my mind, you all were an hour late... as I say politely " no thank you". Now to check my order... they f'd it up I asked for half pepperoni half cheese nope there is pepperoni noticeably on both halves. Ugh.. my "staving" child going to appreciate that.🤦♀️ but I just say it was hot and tasted good. One star for you Marcos work on your customer service skills...
Read moreI went to go get a pizza and wings for the super bowl placed my order at 3:58pm and I was told that it will be ready in about 40 to 45 minutes I was not happy but I said ok so I placed the order and at 4:45 pm I asked where was my pizza I was told that it is next in line and will be another 25 minutes I was reluctant but I said ok now at 5pm I asked again and I was told that it will be another 25 minutes and they are getting ready to make my pizza so I just had it and asked for a refund I have wasted over an hour waiting for a pizza not to be made and they said it will take 3 to 5 days to get my refund back on my card, what a waste of time I wish I could waste marcos time and see how they feel about that, while I was there A lady was there before me she canceled her order because they forgot to make her order and I saw other people tell the cashier that they forgot to put on some toppings and other stuff. maybe if the owner was there making sure things ran properly this would not have happened maybe he was watching the super bowl? anyway, I had to go get my pizza and wings from another place and they were even better so I will be going there from now on and I got my food quick. I will never go back to marcos if I have to, I will go to the new place or travel to papa john on mesa. you had one job, and you could not even do that. I will make sure that this goes up...
Read moreFirst time trying this place after seeing their commercials... Here's an honest review. We walk in and right away we are a little disappointed. The floor is dirty with crumbs and pieces of paper through out the floor. We go to order and the girl at the register was not very friendly or helpful and just stood there waiting for us rather than greet us or ask if we needed help or if it was our first time. We order and sit down and the service wasn't great due to the fact that the tables, yes tables, were all dirty and I had to ask for plates... I figured that was just implied when you dine in. The actual restaurant isn't really appealing to be honest. Kinda plain and dull. The restrooms weren't exactly clean either... The whole place could've used a nice sweep. Here's where things took an unexpected turn... The pizza was actually pretty good! The wings were decent and overall the taste was acceptable. I was a little disappointed that a pizza place doesn't have home made dipping sauces or fresh dips like ranch or blue cheese but I guess you gotta pick your battles right. So to summarize, the food was decent but the place itself could definitely use...
