Ordered a $10 beer. Waitress poured me a $7 beer of the same brand instead, no explanation. I let her know it was a different beer from what I ordered but that I would drink it anyway because I didn't mind the mix-up, and I was thirsty. She still charged me for the $10 beer plus tax, and when I brought it to her attention again, she discounted the charge by $2 saying "well, with tax, the beer I served you was about that much". I told her to please remove the $10 minus $2 charge and instead charge me for the $7 beer she poured me, and gave her a $20 bill for it. She still only gave me $11 back, and no change. Not only was I charged extra for the beer I was poured, I didn't even get the right change back. AND I was charged extra for NON-CASH payment, even though I gave her a $20 bill, CASH. I was charged $9 for a $7.60 (with tax) beer. Based on the full back and forth interaction, I'm pretty sure this was an intentional attempt to cash grab someone they believed wouldn't notice the difference. Keep an eye on your checks...

Whether youâre there for a relaxed afternoon with family or a lively night out with friends, this place always delivers....
Read moreAmateur service at best. On May 13th (Friday the 13thđŹ), I had my Miller Lite bottle slammed on the bar, which foamed up, and the bartender acted like nothing happened. A guy came up and asked her change it for a fresh one, which I thought he was taking my beer away, but I think it was the manager. He didn't charge me for the slammed beer, which was nice, I guess. That place still left me in a pretty sour mood. Unless you drink their craft beers, cocktails, in a group, or a young good looking guy that the female bartenders like...you'll be ignored. It's nothing like the one on Mesa, which is friendlier, staff is more attentive, and they actually serve food. The Cimarron location is definitely a clique place and needs improvement with their customer service. I'd give it a one star, but the manager guy raised it to two. Either way, I'll never go to the this...
