Ordered food and went to get my drink and find a table while waiting. The entire drink counter was coated with soda from one end to the other. You could tell some of it had been there for a long time. You couldn't even put your cup down to put a lid on. Then walked to the table I wanted and it was dirty. Proceeded to walk to EVERY table in the restaurant. Every one was covered with food and drink. There was one guy in the back corner eating. I looked at him and said "every table in the restaurant is filthy". He said, "I know". So I grabbed napkins and wiped down the least dirty table so I could sit and eat, which is NOT where I wanted to sit. Now, let me point out that when I walked in, the employees were just standing around behind the counter doing nothing while the entire restaurant clearly had been filthy for hours. One boy, red hair in a ponytail was twirling a set of keys in his hand. Wow, if you are that bored, clean tables for your customers! I ordered the two cheeseburger meal, extra pickles, extra onions. Not only was there not extra of either, there was barely a dime size speck of dehydrated onions on each burger, no exaggeration! When I took it to counter to show them and asked for some in a cup it took about 4 minutes for them to put a few pickles and 5 slivers of onion in two small containers for me! Also the cheese on both cheeseburgers was halfway out of the cheeseburgers and hard. The entire experience was awful and I'm upset for my time and money that we as wasted there.    Read moreWe went inside to order our meals tonight. I ordered a deluxe quarter pounder meal with no onion, my husband ordered the double quarter pounder meal add Mayo, lettuce and tomato. He repeated it twice to the guy. Our kids ordered their respective value meals. We pay $52 𤯠And the guys hands us our receipt. We see he rang up my husbands order incorrect and so he made sure to immediately let the guy know. The drink area was a mess. We waited 20 minutes for our food. Several drive thru orders going out. They finally call our number and we check our order. They didnât give me a deluxe but a regular without the onions. They didnât give my husband any of his additional toppings (that mind you they charge extra for). So I told the manager, I paid $50 and waited for 20 minutes we want this corrected. It took another 10 minutes to get our sandwiches. Meanwhile our fries and other sandwiches are getting cold. The manager turns around and said âthey put the onion on it. Would you like me to just pick them off for You?â Uh no! Iâll pick them off myself. She hands it to me and I said we are still waiting for the other sandwich. She had the nerve to say I didnât have to be rude. Yes. Yes I have every right to be at this point! I get home, my husbands sandwich is still screwed up. He literally told her he wants everything ADD Mayo lettuce and tomato. They left the onion off his. đ the meat was hanging off one side of the bun and the cheese hing off the other side. Then she had someone come over to help her. The person working drive through accepted it. While he did that, the older woman that sounded like she chain smokes said I messed up and told her I had a code for a discount in front of the younger girl who called her Over which confused Both me and the younger girl cause I had not said that. This was insulting cause she was now blaming me for the misunderstanding. She then said I needed to cancel the order and rebuy it. I said it wouldn't let me because they accepted it at the location already. She then said someone else must have said my order number and got my items. She said I had to contact corporate for a refund and reorder. The guy overheard it and said that was not the case. I even know how the system works and was upset by it but said nothing. I would never come back here cause she blamed me, the systems and others for everything throughout the process. She needs more training both on systems and customer service wise. Avoid this McDonald's if possible. Also the men's restroom was dirty and one of the stalls had no latch and just a paper towel to open and close it.
