New China Wok — Restaurant in El Paso

Im very disappointed in how the service and food here are not very consistent. Sometimes it's great, other times it's meh/just okay. This was my go to for Chinese food because other places are real bad but my recent visit on 1/25/2023 left me feeling like I need to find a new place. Long story short they gave another customer my order. That customer brought my order back in after they had opened and looked through everything and the restaurant took it looked in the bag, stapled the bag back together and handed it to me. All this while I was standing there waiting and watching. They didn't even offer to remake my order or apologize and really thought it was okay to give me the food after that. I was disgusted with it and no longer in the mood for the food but I didn't even bother to complain because there was a line of people waiting so I just left and trashed it. I will never eat at this restaurant again I ordered a wonton soup with extra wontons they took the extra wontons and put them in a container on the side I asked them why didn't you put it all together and then she said we would have to put it in a larger container, ...uh yeah! plus the top on the container for the wonton soup was not closed properly and it spilled all in the bottom of the bag when I told them this she says what what do you want us to do? I'm Chinese myself, and I'm disappointed with this place. 1st, when you enter, the 1st thing that greets you is the smell of grease, which basixally stuck on the walls of this place 2nd, you have to make your prescence felt. A young man is just looking down his phone 😏 Not good for Chinese business. 3rd, the place needs to be deep cleaned. The floor is sticky, the place smells greasy, the kitchen looks unkept. I would like to guess the exhaust fan is covered with grease too.
