Little Shack — Restaurant in El Paso

Came to this place today and most of the time its really good. But today it was disappointing.......sat at bar so we wouldn't take up a big table, we sat there for about 20 min without being acknowledged. The two girls working there pretty much blew us off and smirked about it for those 20 min. Kept going back and forth to new customers coming in. Even making eye contact with them and pretty kept being ignored. So when one of them finally decided to take our order, she asked if we had been help. ... hello!!! You bother are standing next to each other and none of you asked us if we needed anything to for 20 min or more and are laughing at us sitting ....no we haven't been help!!!! I finally walked out and my friend walked back in and let one of them know she personally knew the owners. Hey answer to her was ok so what. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MR. BUENDIA. I love this restaurant and my wife and I have been regulars ever since they opened. The food is amazing and the service is always beyond expectations however in the warmer months the dining experience is a nightmare. It’s nearly impossible to enjoy your dine in experience and eat comfortably without feeling like you’re melting. Not only does it affect their customers but as well as the poor employees who work hours there in that heat! The owners should want to take care of their employees, and not want them working in these conditions, let alone expect customers to return to that environment as well. I support small businesses and the owners who sacrifice themselves for them, but this is a minor issue that can be fixed that will benefit their growth as a company. Service was bad I heard a lot of people and family that this place had great food but to my Disappointments. When a waitress is rude from the Beginning.I ask for menu she told me to hold on! Then I told my self she must be busy Then she gave the menu and right away came back" I ask her hello how are you doing? She replied "ok" what do you want to drink !
