Went in today for the buffet. Everything was going great! Good pizza good service until i was going for the salad which i was really craving. Served myself a good plate and was really enjoying it. Took about 3 full forks of the salad until I spotted a hair like in a corner which i didn't want to believe cause i was really craving it. I grabbed the hair and it was such a disgusting hair. Seemed like a pubic hair or probably beard hair but it made my whole rest of the stay very uncomfortable. I decided to put the salad to the side and still try some pizza since i was still hungry but i couldn't eat comfortably anymore i was looking through every one of my bites to see if i wasn't biting through a hair since i was the only thing in my head now. Didn't even finish the last of the pizzas that i got cause it was very uncomfortable. I decided to tell one of the workers in the register and all he said was "thank you for letting us know" probably didn't even mention it to any of the coworkers or manager. didn't offer anything for the bad experience or at least my money back since it was a horrible experience after finding the hair i would have happily left with my money back and not even mention this comment but definitely never coming to this location again. No single worker was wearing hair nets and some of them had beards with no face masks or any protection to cover the food. Not sure how this is not a policy because other restaurants definitely follow those rules to make sure there is no hair or debris in the food. I wouldn't recommend to go here until they make an effort in delivering exceptional food and make sure there is no hairs...

Sat., 11/4/23, I had ordered using the PPP APP. I understand orders can be lost or mistakes can happen. But at least Mgmt should have the experience and decency to fix the matter. Emmanuel (GM), from what he said, sent me on a wild goose chase trying to get my refund. Sending me to Doordash and Doordash sending me back to PPP. I spoke to Emmanuel on Sat and he evaded my questions. Made unexcused remarks about Doordash delivery guy eating my order, not knowing where it went, to include not knowing that it is the Merchant's responsibility who refunds the customers, not Doordash. He sends me an email from their system, Olo Support, that specifically states: Note: This is a request for the DSP to refund the store. Refunds to guests are a separate process that must be handled outside of this request.

Read moreEdit 8/14/21: I previously gave this location a 1 star review, and I stand by it. Like I mentioned I work near by and I was craving a salad from there. So I stopped in, and asked if I could possibly purchase a salad but make my own from the buffet. They explained to me that it could not be done, even after I offered to pay buffet price, I just wanted to make my own salad to go. No flexibility, No accommodation even after I presented a surgical card stating that I can not eat normal amounts of food. The request went thru team lead and manager, who all denied my request. Instead they offered to allow me to purchase extra sides for the already made side salad. I explained to them, the cost is not worth it. I tried giving them a second chance after the sub-par wing incident, but I'll just have to cross this location off my list for good.
