Less than a word, Ugh! Where to start? It had been some time since I had actually dined in at any fast food joint restaurant in a very long while, this visit would be the one, I said yes, big mistake.
First of all the fountain soda dispenser, (many different concoctions) is not what it seems. Although it offers a variety of mixtures and combinations, the one really want, is not available. After a few dead ends, you settle for what you can get from it. By the time we figured that out, our order was ready at the counter, great, NOT. Apparently they have never heard of trays at Jack in The Box, because they expect you to pile all your stuff on top of other stuff, like some kind of balancing act, and carefully and slowly, maneuver your way to the table. It's either that or greased soaked, previously used basket, that even the cashier was not ashamed of, since he asked me, Oh would like another one? That's when I opted for option #1.
Once we found a seat that we liked I decided to go wash my hands, this seemed to be yet another hiccup, apparently you have to ask at the front counter for the key to the bathroom, which is attached to a rim. j/k I believe if you have dining in customers, you might want to leave the bathroom door unlocked.
After that, it was time to sit down and enjoy my meal, however, that would not be the case, since half of my meal was missing. What I mean by that, is that they forgot the entire bottom bun of my hamburger, it was the craziest thing that's ever happened. Again, (3rd/4th time) I had to approach the counter and complain of yet another thing. I guess they slapped a bottom bun and returned it to me, (which now I'm thinking, maybe that was the wrong thing to do) No apologies, no sorry, here you go pastry, nothing.
By the end of the meal, I was frustrated, mad, and had quite frankly lost my appetite. The cherry on top, I lost my favorite small ruby earring, (nothing to do with Jack in the Box) making this dine-in experience an epic fail, and with little to no chance of ever...
Read moreAvoid this location at all costs. They always mess something up but last night was the last straw. We ordered 3 teriyaki bowls and order of their new crispy wings jalapeño poppers we paid close to $45 and nothing was edible. The wings were horrible and undercooked when you bit down on them you got a mouthful of grease just pure disgusting. The teriyaki bowls were dry and hardly had any teriyaki sauce whatsoever, the jalapeño poppers were still in the middle. The cheese was not even melted and the worst part is no matter how many times I’ve been trying to call the store to get a manager they don’t answer the phones. I’ve been calling since last night and it just rings forever and then goes to voicemail We’re definitely done with this location. They need to do a lot better or get a new staff in there or just learn how to answer the phone. Update:: finally got the store manager to pick up the phone and she refuses to do a refund saying the only thing she can do is replace the order because we threw it away, but had they been answering their phones last night we would have known not to throw the food away. Why would we want to even go back to that location after this...
Read moreI haven't been to this place in years but I do like the food. I have shifted away from alot of restaurants because I started to cook for myself healthy food and what I learned from a Chemist that really opened my eyes especially artificial ingredients in many foods. People get blown away about my age and I'm not the type that let's it go up to my mind. I am who I am and mind my own business. People really need to know what their eating and what it will do to your body and health issues. People when their young drink and eat junk food especially when they go to convenient stores and get these big drinks of soda and chips because of the sugar. If you want to know what soda does to your intestines get an old coin in a cup or container with a little bit of Coke and after a few minutes the coin will come out like a new coin. It's the acid in the Coke that does that to the coin. Now imagine what it will do to your intestines. I only drink green tea, water, and Breakfast Blend coffee because it's mild compared to dark black coffee. It's ok to eat every once in a while at...
