With starbucks, you KNOW you’re going to wait for a while, but waiting 33 minutes inside the lobby for 3 drinks is ridiculous. From my time waiting, I understand that drinks from the drive thru were being made incorrectly, so then people from the drive thru would walk in, and demand their drinks remade (which is annoying for the customer and for the team, completely get that.) What I don’t understand is why we’re still focusing on mobile orders and letting them sit there on the counter when you have a lobby full of angry people waiting. There was at least 7-10 mobile orders on the counter but 4-5 parties of people waiting on their drinks in the lobby. To me, focus on the people you have in store then attend to the mobile orders.
I had to send the family off so they wouldn’t miss their game and UBER to the park because 1.) we spent $40 on drinks and pastries, so i’m not going to throw that down the drain and waste money/product but 2.) to have to wait in the long line to get a refund was going to be just as long. We ordered at 7:58am and just got our drinks at 8:31am. I know the team gets slammed and overwhelmed but the focus on customers in store vs the ones online needs to change. It’s not good...

I love love love the baristas at this location, most of whom I have come to know since I have been going here for almost 3 yrs now. The staff is always gracious and personable, they go out of their way at times to provide exceptional customer service. This staff has even supported my children's fundraising for Taekwondo at times, they literally go above and beyond and they leave awesome messages on your cups to boot! What more could a person not love?!?!? Yes, the parking is a pain at times but it's not anything that they planned when placing this location here and nothing that they can do to control the increase of their customer base, if anything it just speaks volumes about their customer service and that's what one should want when going to any business establishment. Read moreI really like my neighborhood Starbucks not just because it's in my neighborhood but because the people that have worked there are my neighbors. This morning was no different with one exception. Today the Starbucks employees went above and beyond as I've seen them do for others they did for me. I spilled my drink on my way away from the drive thru and I pulled over to clean up my mess. it didn't take long after that an employee walked out a brand new drink for me. While this may be a small act to some it was a huge act to me because it was the idea that they noticed, took it upon themselves to provide great customer service and run out before I could drive away. This type of customer service is rare and I value it greatly this is why I write this review today to explain that every person I've encountered at this Starbucks working behind the counter provides the best customer service each and every time making it all the worthwhile to go out of my way to only get my coffees...
