Very disappointed with this Whataburger location and manager. I’m only writing this because I called corporate to complain about the horrible service I had yesterday night, to make note this was the 3rd incident occurred to me on this location, only to have the gentleman give me a disconnected number so I can address the issue with the general manger. Yesterday night I want in at 9:33pm and ordered there wasn’t many customers so you would assume service would be quick however after 30min of waiting for the order we asked and the guy said they were working on it. Then 20 more minutes passed and nothing again we asked and they were working on it finally 10 minutes passed and a young lady asked for our number and went to grab some to go bags that had been sitting there a while and handed them to us. Of course the food was on the colder side plus it was wrong on to hamburgers. We didn’t say anything then the couple who arrived behind us got up angry and demanded their money and the manger was super rude saying that she was very busy with lots of orders and stuff and just handed them the $. She then yelled at the two girls in the front telling them not to give the customers the general managers number. So at this point I thought it no point in taking to the mangers here so I decided to call today only to be given a disconnected number. I will definitely never come back to this location horrible...

As much as I love whataburger , this one could do better with sanitation, dine/lobby checks need to be done more often (like every 10 mins OR when they see 3 or more people/families leave ; implying that there are 3 or more dirty tables to clean. No more than 5 people/families should leave and lobby/dine isn't checked), spot sweeps, and pushing down the trash. The restrooms need to be checked at least 5 times a day and cleaned; because when I used the restroom it was like that scene in daddy day care when he walked into the restroom mortified after his son used it because it was such a mess and he missed the toilet, it also stank in the restrooom. Im giving 3 stars because its whataburger (the food is delicious) , my food was hot, the staff was nice, they didn't forget anything and made my food the proper way . My food was fresh , and the creamy pepper sauce is like crack to an 80s baby, BUT their lack of sanitation is concerning not just because we're IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC (its only getting worse) but makes me wonder how sanitary everything is in the back.
