I personally despise this location, but up till now I have given it a 2 star, that drops to 1 star after my last interaction, food poisoning, the employees are not paying attention and made my sub with rotten ham, slimy, disgusting ham that contaminated my whole sandwich and got me sick, I lost a day of work, and since the receipt is buried somewhere in the trash, they can't do anything about it, I have the transaction history in my online bank statement, yet you need a receipt for the void? Hardly an apology for my getting sick, defended their practices saying everything is sliced fresh every day, definitely not if this is what happened. I stuffed the sub in a zip lock bag and threw it in the trash, had to wipe down my fridge because it left a disgusting slimy mess of one of the shelves, how can you work in the food industry and dare serve this to someone? Worst of all, the corporate website is broken, the search button doesn't work and without selecting a store you can't use the contact us feature! Subway has no way for you to get into contact with corporate except through their website and that doesn't work, Subway has fallen far after all the bravado they have put up of late. This will be the last time I ever eat at this location again, and quite possibly the last time I ever eat subway again, losing work makes me responsible for the time lost to the company, how is Subway gonna make up for this? I bet you they won't, my advice to you, don't go to this location, you're bound to get...
Read moreOrdered food on 9.8.24 and ate in the store. A guy came out the back without a beard guard on and hair hanging out of his hat that would have required a hair net- there wasn’t one on. At this point it was too late- our food was ordered and paid for. One of the sandwiches had a (black, longish) hair in it- the employee who made our order (tight cut reddish brown) got ahold of the manager who said to go in the next day. The next day she refused to do anything stating I should have brought the sandwich back- I told her we ate there and the employee who made the sandwiches (not his hair) saw us throw that half sandwich with try hair and other 1/4 away cuz who wants to eat that? Called the owners Tuesday and they were supposed to call me back. Today- 17 days later- I called them back and got hung up on. I called back and she states they’re having issues with their phone lines. That’s too convenient. She then proceeded to say they have to get ahold of the manager to get her side of the story- shouldn’t you already have down this two weeks ago and called me back??? She then proceeded to tell me they do not give refunds only replacements. Who wants to eat there when you don’t follow food service protocol??? When there’s hair in between the cheese slices? Who knows what’s going on in the back that you can’t even see. I highly suggest staying away from here and FYI the same owners own the one o Fairbanks took, I’m not sure of others. I will be going to Jersey Mikes (ones coming to NE EP) or...
Read moreSo I’ve been to several Subway restaurants throughout El Paso, each one having some type of issue with slow employees, ignoring customers when they walk in, running out of items in the early afternoon, etc. I’m talking about taking 15 minutes to make ONE sandwich kind of slow!
Anyway, I went to this particular Subway just out of convenience and being short on time. I made my order, looked up at the menu to verify the price, and when I looked back down, my sandwich was already made. I was completely taken by surprise as I did not expect it to be completed so fast. From walking in, to paid sandwich in hand took no more than 4 minutes...with people in front of me. I went back again the next day, and the next. Each time my sandwich was made quickly. Very impressed by the efficiency of these particular employees. I was also grateful as this particular week gave me little time for lunch.
Maybe I was lucky with a good lunch crew? Perhaps it was remedial training to increase productivity due to the bad ratings? Either way, I hope they continue the...
