
I love this place. I never did crossfit in my life till I started coming here. I've learned so much from the awesome coaches and have come a long way. Adam is awesome and has provided a great gym and a great atmosphere to work out. All the staff are friendly and the coaches are great at paying attention to form to prevent injury. They really know how to build you up as an athlete and push you to be your best. I'm especially thankful for Heather and Jill. I only mention them cause I happen to show up most of the time they are coaching. They are both great coaches and really help you perfect your technique and push you to be the best you. Read moreThere aren’t enough good things to say about this gym. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I went there with very specific goals in order to pass a physical fitness test and they set up workouts to help me pass my test. They not only did that but allowed my test to be a workout of the day. I came in not in great shape with no crossfit experience but they were able to make all the workouts approachable and easy to follow. One of my favorite things is how much they focus on quality and form, it allows you to worry more about safety and not feel pressured to up the weight until you’re ready.
