Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in El Paso

Today was the worst experience I've ever had with a fast food restaurant twice in one day. Wienerschnitzel demonstrated the worst customer service I have ever seen. I went to 2 different Wienerschnitzel locations and each one failed to do their best to keep me as a customer. I will never return to Wienerschnitzel and will make it a point to tell everyone I know how bad this establishment is and how bad their customer service skills are. Here is what happened to me today. A friend of mine and I went to Wienerschnitzel for lunch today to the location on the westside. Wienerschnitzel was celebrating 58 year anniversary with 58 cent hotdogs. We pulled up to find this location closed because their system was down. I explained to the person who came to the door that I was paying cash and he insisted they could do nothing because the system was down. So we left very disappointed with the non-effort they made to try and accommodate us for lunch. So I went home with the intention of going to another location for dinner. I drove to a location in the northeast part of El Paso and got there at 7:30 with 4 cars ahead of me. By the time I got to the order window it was 8:05pm and they would not honor the special of 58 cent hotdogs. At this point I blew up. I tried to explain I was in line before 8:00 PM and they should honor the special, and i further explained they should have come to my car to explain i would not be able to get the special. That would have been the courteous thing to do but instead kept arguing with me about the special ending at 8:00 and not being able to honor the price. Needless to say i will never return to...

This particular location they are for the most part very nice and helpful. The food I have never been disappointed with my favorite item to purchase as jalapeno poppers they are awesome. I will admit I am not a fan of their root beer floats. I have read the website description and it says that it should be a soft serve vanilla ice cream with root beer. Now I realize the picture may not always look like what served but I got to tell you a round ball of ice cream floating on the top of a tall glass of root beer is not my idea of a root beer float. I brought it to their attention and even shared my concerns with the manager neither the associate or the manager at the time or receptive all they did was simply State what the recipe was and they made it according to the company's recipe. They were specific to let me know that's an ice cream float contains 8 oz of vanilla ice cream with root beer. Don't get me wrong everything else is pretty much good here but as many times as I've tried to get a root beer float from this location they are horrible. I have visited another location in El Paso and they make them just like the picture that I see online exactly every single time. But why this particular location gets it wrong I'm not sure and they weren't receptive to feedback at all. So I just don't purchase that item anymore but everything else is...

If I could put ZERO stars i would. This place and the people that work there are an entire joke. I ordered a few days ago, and came home to realize i was missing several items. I called, and the person that answered said i could get my order replaced for the inconvenience. So today, I chose to take them up on that offer and was told at the window that they will be replacing the order. Then the supposed manager comes to the window and states that he can't replace the entire order, only the items that were missing. (Thats not replacing anything, i ordered, paid, and never received those items.) After being frustrated already, I pretty much said whatever and agreed to take the 3 items that were missing. He then called out to his employees that he needed the said items. I then asked for my receipt, and his response was that once they make an exchange for missing items, they have to keep the receipt. We get home to enjoy our meal only to find that the replacement items are WRONG AGAIN! I will NEVER be going to this establishment again, and it'll be hard to go to any other Wienerschnitzel as well.
