World of Wings — Restaurant in El Paso

This place is good depending on who is working. We usually have great food and great service. But today, 30 October at 1200, we had a really bad experience. The lady working was either high or not taking her proper medication. She kept repeating her questions, asking us what we wanted four or five times. Even after verifying our order many times, she still messed up our order. We chose to just eat what we were given which was not our usual delicious wings, food was overcooked and really dry. If this lady is working next time we go in, we are eating somewhere else. Also usually there is some sports playing on the tv, but today some show like Jerry Springer was playing. So we had to listen to people arguing, cussing, and just baby mama drama the whole time we were eating. Not a comfortable or professional atmosphere. It sucks because we were really looking forward to our favorite wings. I'm sure this person has cost this business money by not providing the service others do. I do like that you are serving alcohol now, but please include a drink in your combo meals like other...

I never left a review before this one is a must. My visit was horrific, environment was sad. No music or sports on tv just Jerry springer (Drama) we arrived at 7:50 and order by 8pm, at 9:10 pm we received our food 20 traditional wings. And let me tell you first bite in and boom, raw chicken wing red blood and all. Wife bites another wing and boom bloody wing. Waitress came over and I showed her the food to which she was shock. We paid for our drinks and left. I am so disappointed in this place I drove by at least 100 times to work and finally asked my wife to go and check it out. By far this has been the worst experience in any food place or bar. I must admit the waiter was extremely sweet and understanding but the food geez. Upon arrival we were greeted with 2 workers, one in the hall who cursed so loudly as we walked in, we already wanted to leave, his words were "d**m I'm not doing it", and the young lady behind the counter responded with " please don't make me do it" he then went outside and smoked during his shift, we didn't stay, its bad enough that people can work in a place off business with a great reputation and be the reason it's on a decline, the owner off this establishment deserves employees, he also had no beard net, and was smoking with the kitchen apron on, and his recreational sports beanie was not standard issue for this establishment, we won't be going again, but if u get the right people back there, this...
