Just relocated back to El Paso Texas 3 weeks ago and this used to be one of my favorite places but when I went the quality was no longer the same. Ran down, quality of service and food could have been alot better. I ordered a seafood cocktail and it was not good. Just didn't seem fresh. I think that's what made me so sick to my stomach for 2 days... My Sister-in-law ordered a cheeseburger which I specifically advised the order taker to make sure not to put avocado on anything for her because she was allergic to it and what do they do? They smother the burger with it on the bottom of it. Being that we specifically asked for no avocado twice and she even confirmed the order we didn't check the burger and she bit in to it and I saw it oozing out after tge fact. She started having a reaction and I called the server over and asked her why would they do that? She apologized and offered milk or said we could get benadryl. Unbelievable very upset and disgusted with this place. Oh and the spoon they brought me was dirty. Showed the server and she apologized. Um m m... I won't ever go back. Read moreI do understand that economy is bad and that businesses need to make a profit with take out orders. What I don't understand is why is Ostieoneria Montes raising the prices so much. We ordered 2 large soups and 2 large shrimp cocktails. The total price was $40. I have ordered that same thing before and it was less expensive. The fish soup being mostly soup and the cocktail didn't have much shrimp, like only 4 shrimps. It's prices are way higher than at La Isla or Senor fish which are restaurants with full menu and by the way are closed. I was wanting to help this little hole on the wall but I'd rather help La Pila Restaurant with better food selection for less price. I dont recommend this place to get something to eat. You'll walk out of there with both your pockets and stomach empty. I will...
