Starbucks — Restaurant in Elburn

I come to this location because it’s convenient, but it’s not worth it anymore. Staff is extremely rude, customer service skills need serious improvement. When you walk to the counter you don’t get any kind of greeting..just an aggressive stare. Last time I came the girl who was ringing me up was showing no interest in anything I had to say and simply wasn’t listening. I had to repeat myself twice and when I saw the order on the screen and mentioned it was still incorrect the other girl behind the counter gave me a dirty look as if it was my fault. My drinks aren’t complicated either. I get a flavored latte with a milk substitution because I’m lactose intolerant. My drink ended up having dairy in it so the order was wrong even after trying to correct them several times. I’m going to take the 15 minute drive to the next closest Starbucks where they listen and treat me like a customer...

The girls working at this location weren’t very nice. I ordered an iced coffee and I received a cup of milk basically with very little coffee. I really was not problematic but asked for some more coffee because I paid the 6 dollars!🤷🏼‍♀️ when I asked the girls to put in more coffee they said they were out of iced coffee and it would take 10 minutes to make more. Which is when I realized this is why I received a cup of milk. I told them I had no problem waiting but I wanted the coffee because I paid for it. I then watched as the girls made faces at each other and rudely pushed my coffee towards me. In the end my coffee was horrible and the girls were not very jolly this holiday season:(...

Have gone here in the past around 3 months ago, employees were having full conversations and laughing instead of making our drinks. Waited for around 15 minutes to get our drinks. Today I ordered a venti strawberry açaí refresher. At other locations they ask me for lemonade or water, at this location nobody did. I assumed it would be the same. I ended up getting this very see through colored water, without any strawberries. I asked them if they could give me one with lemonade and they repeated “you want me to remake it” and laughed with her other employee. I said don’t bother.
