Have to say I really love this place! Only problem is the punch sleeve program. I absolutely understand that they can be expensive especially when paying for the logo on each one. There are programs available to keep track of phone numbers that way points or punches are always tracked! I know I'm not the only one who has spoken of this particular issue. 5 stars if they can track that and get consistent points applied for each purchase. Let's face it, most of us forget to grab the sleeve or we end up with too many sleeves to count! Maybe try to put the money from the current sleeves towards the new points program, order decent yet cheap ones in bulk and I could almost say without certain sales will increase. My roommates and I came here looking for drive thru coffee after seeing all the great reviews. However, all 3 of us were extremely disappointed in our drinks. My partner ordered just a basic lemonade and it was basically water with a touch of lemon. Our roommate got a caramel frappe and it was definitely not caramel, it was basically milk and ice, with maybe some cinnamon at the bottom? I got an iced cinnamon roll latte and it was probably the only drink made decently, but not one I'd get again. The food was the only thing we actually liked. I recently hosted a baby shower at Brew Brothers Coffee. The space worked beautifully for the shower and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. The owner was always quick to respond to my questions and he accommodated all of my requests, even helping to rearrange some heavy furniture the day of the shower. The cost was very reasonable for the size and quality of the venue and they were very generous to allow us additional time before and after our 2-hour reservation in order to set up for the shower and clean up afterward.
