Went to eat on dollar taco night with my son and boyfriend my boyfriend ordered chicken tacos the waiter asked if he wanted grilled chicken and he said sure. We ended up paying over 70 dollars for 6 tacos,a grilled cheese and 4 drinks. When we discussed it with our waiter he brought over the "manager" she said that it was because the qaiters don't speak English and put the blame on us then told my boyfriend to respect her customers as if we weren't her customers and didn't make it right after us explaining the order. Also we came in and 5 other tables were served before we even put our order in and they came in after us. Also if you don't write zero in the tip if you use a card they will write one in for you. I paid 5 dollars cash in a tip to our waiter and didn't put anything on the tip line on our bill and they wrote it in for another 5 dollars. We decided to go for a beer and tacos with a friend. They were busy, and had no open tables in the front dining area. We were escorted to a back room to the only open booth available. Not once did they mention that there was a large party celebrating someone's birthday in that back room. When we finally got to place our order, it was so loud that the waitress had a difficult time hearing us. When our nachos came, they didn't bring any plates. We had to go and find someone to get us some plates. After an hour of misery they brought the check, and had overcharged us for our drinks, and did not want to correct it. The final straw was that when I complained, they did not care one bit!! Through all of it, the place was overcrowded, and not one mask was worn by the staff, or guests. It was highly recommended around town. The food was good and plentiful. They seemed nice I tried to compliment them on the friendliness and they brushed me off. When they returned they began laughing and pointing and repeating the phrase "Dos Hotos" and I mean the entire staff at least 7 people crowded around our table pointing laughing and saying dos Hotos. I became so uncomfortable I asked for boxes and my check when I left that is when I learned I was charged 81.77 for a meal at 17.50 and a meal at 19.99. I paid and left feeling humiliated. I will never return as I was just trying to have a good night with my husband. I left a note on my receipt explaining why I left and will never return I have never felt so low in my life and will never ever step foot in such a humiliating environment again.
