McDonald's — Restaurant in Eldridge

Lady pulled up fast in front of my husband I in the driveway at the eldridge Iowa location. And stopped fast 3 car lengths away from the mic on her phone. Yelling at us saying we were to close, we were not it just looked like it because are truck is lifted. She was yelling at us that she was going to call the cops , but there was no reason to, only that she was the cause of all the problems. Then when she pulled up to place her order she told them not to serve us. We pulled up and they said they were not serving us, so we proceeded to go inside. Placed our order and told them that it was wrong for them to do that a nd to take someone else's word that was wrong. Next time McDonald staff should not do that, bot knowing what's going on and not seeing or hearing the whole story....

It's definitely McDonald's, not so friendly every day McDonald's. Staff don't actually listen to orders, or at least they do but still don't order it properly. Staff definitely don't look like they want or act like they need their jobs. Which I'm sure they don't because I wouldn't want to work there either. But I'm sure they get lots of reminders and practice with all the food they have to remake because of their lack of listening or lack of care. I know everytime I end up here and they mess it up. They'll fix it and it's not like I've got a ridiculous order either just triple cheese plain no salt. How you mess that up I don't know but most McDonald's stores have the same issue with my order. Its McDonald's, you basically have to expect to hardly ever have your order actually be correct. I don't know how they mess up so much, but they do. I have not had an order be right the last 5 times I have been there. Including when I got a sweet tea only, on my lunch break. It was regular tea. I don't get it, but I'm the one that keeps going back because I have kids and it's cheap to eat there. (Most of the time) Just went tonight. Son likes extra pickle. Guess who went back to the drive through to get my son pickles? You guessed it! This mom! You would think corporate would get people trained better so they stop wasting money on free product.
