Online order wasn't made. Waited for about 30min to receive, but Manager did make up for it on the bill. Not sure what system is for places-any place- to get online orders placed in advanced.
New Update: Eleanor Ginos is going downhill. Placed online order via "app" (which just opens a webpage) and placed order for pickup. Got to window to pick up, took about 5 minutes for someone to finally come to the window. She went to get my order, handed it to me, I presented my debit card and a coupon. She told me I couldn't use the coupon, she had already rang it up and I should have put the coupon on my order. There is no prompt on Ginos "app" asking for a coupon code. Must've not have been to big of a deal, because after she disappeared for a minute or so, (assume talking to manager) it got totaled up again with the coupon. When I handed clipboard/receipt back to her after signing, I said thank you as the window was slammed in my face. This is 2 consecutive issues related to ordering online. Read moreFood is usually pretty good as long as you don't order onions on your pizza. They've over done it on those both times I've made that ordering mistake. Sausage and mushroom pizza has always been good. Chicken ranch pizza was really good. Pizza/cheesesticks were a little undercooked one time we did a pickup order but still edible. My husband loves the ham pubwich and the Italian sub is always a favorite of both of ours.
Edit: after multiple incorrect orders and inconsistent food quality we've switched to Giovanni's in Winfield for our go to pizza place and haven't gone back here since. They are usually also pretty slow on preparing orders which is never a problem...
Read moreI rate this store this way cause everytime we talk to some on the phone or in person. They are rude and customer service is the last thing on their mind. I just sit on hold for ten minutes and could everything going on in the store. And what I didnt here was anyone waiting on anyone or anyone talking on the phone or being rang up. But I had to be on hold as long as I did for what. Them hoping I would hang up I guess. The only time I have gotten good service here is when James has taken care of me and I would expect that of him cause he is the manager to my understanding.
