Stay away, avoid unless you do not care about your health, time, or wallet.

If you want to be served by a manager who is rude and receive cold overpriced food with very slow service this is the place for you.

Manager is extremely rude. I ordered a kids meal and was served in a bag that had been used. When I notified the manager he did not care. French fries were cold, again the manager did not care. My ice cream scoop coupon and been removed and again the manager did not care.

Service is extremely slow, especially if you use drive through. You better have a full tank because your food is going to take 15 minutes or more. Prices are very high for the food you get. French fries are cold and limp. Burgers are average and generally greasy. Everything costs extra like tomatoes and lettuce.

Servers do not know how to wash hands. The young server dropped by ice cream on floor. After picking it up and cleaning the floor, she did not wash her hands.

If you want ice cream walk 100 yards across the parking lot to Sam’s Club and for a dollar get a much larger serving without the wait and expense. If you want reasonably priced food, go somewhere else. At Sam's you can get a hotdog or pizza or several other things at a small fraction of the price.

If you are willing to wait a reasonable amount of time (5 to 1o 10 minutes), go almost anywhere else. For the price you can go the Applebee’s or almost any full service restaurant and “order to go” and get better quality at the same price (or less) and receive it faster. If you want to save money go to McDonalds or Wendy’s for their $5 deal. Better food and save...

Our experience was just awful, we went through the drive-up we ordered our food they told us to pull up and wait. Well wait we did we sat there for 20 minutes while the woman kept coming in and out bringing others their food because they were very slow, then I jumped out of the car and asked the lady where is our food she said oh what did you order well she came back out brought us a bag and we drove. off needless to say first mistake we should have went inside all that was in the bag was a hamburger let me tell you I ordered more than a hamburger so I drove back and I told the gentleman look this is what happened he said where's your receipt I said the girl didn't give us a receipt so he said well I'll just give you your money back and here's a card for a free meal basket well enough said about that. I guess it being opening days we should have known better they still have to weed out there personnel from the good in the bad. When we went inside on opening day , everything was great. I will go back and try again. As I said there employees were still learning. And we do love there good. JUST CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE U LEAVE...
