this place is absolutely horrible at customer service and getting orders correct. Their quality of food has also gone down the crapper as well. My girlfriend and I placed a mobile order and picked up our food thinking nothing of it. She ordered a cantina chicken bowl plus some jalapeños, and a big cheez-it Crunchwrap supreme with chicken instead of beef and everything else left on. When she got her food the chicken bowl had beef instead of chicken, and the cheez it crunch wrap supreme had the smallest amount of sour cream, almost no lettuce and tasted god awful so it all went straight in the trash.We called this location to get a refund and the woman on the phone told us we would have to come in to get a full refund. We agreed that’s what we would do and hoped in the car. When we got there the woman behind the counter tried to make it seem like we were wrong. Read moreNow, I'm a pretty understanding guy. I get that for any fast food restaurant, you should taper your expectations. I am delighted even with mediocrity usually. But here, they somehow consistently manage to dash any and all of my most moderate expectations to the point where it is almost impressive. It takes a lot of hard work to get all of your team members operating as one perpetually lethargic unit. I have, at times, sat in the drive through for over thirty minutes (that was the record, but expect it to minimally take 5-10 minutes if you're the only person in line). Sometimes they forget about you, sometimes I wish they had, but always they will treat you like you are an absolute nuisance for ordering anything at all.
