This is 100 percent true dont drink coffee here!!! If you do please with caution if you order through drive thru, I was inside restaurant at 7 am when someone in drive thru brought there coffee back thru the window for I guess it was wrong when I saw the manager a female with braces an contacts an a employee spit yes spit in the cup than laughing remade coffee an gave it to them! I've seen them drop doughnuts an pick up an put back. Please be aware of this dunkin go to the one in clock tower avoid this one at all cost! The manager was a simpleton an pathetic when me an 2 others confronted them for doing it they claimed " they blew in cup to get dust out! Come on man! We go to this location quite often and don’t typically have issues except the line can get long and wait times are not great in the drive through. Today I go through the line and it is taking exceptionally long. I forget to add a coffee to my order, so when I pull up to the window in order to pay I asked them if they can add a coffee. The girl tells me “ i’m sorry, but there is a line behind you and that would take a little bit“. I said that’s fine and paid for my food but I have to say that I’m extremely aggravated and I think there’s anyone with half of a brain should realize that coffee takes two seconds to pour and this is t an absurd request, and maybe they should be a little more accommodating considering the fact that it’s an operational problem that we have to wait in line forever.
