Starbucks — Restaurant in Elgin

Terrible experience at this starbucks and never coming back. I ordered a special drink that I saw online and there was nobody else there (no line or people sitting and eating). It was the pumpkin spice frappucino with an added pump of vanilla and brown sugar. My cashier was Kyasia and as I told her my order she gave me a dirty look and turned to the other barista and started complaining about people seeing things on tik tok and running in to order things. She also said to her not making eye contact with me while I was right in front of her“People just make up stuff and people run in to get it. It’s unbelievable .” I still gave her a smile and said thank you while she just gave me another dirty look. I took a seat seat and it took them about 90 seconds to make it and they just sat it down with out calling to me or anything. No “have a nice day” “thank you” I got nothing. Its amazing the amount of attitude and complaining they do for a drink it took them a minute and a half to make. Especially when literally no other guests were around. There is no need of this Starbuck. Worst experience. I was waiting for my morning coffee from 8:30 in the morning at the Starbucks on sep 13. There was only two ladies ahead of me for the order. And she took almost 30 min to make an order and the order was not that big. The lady who works there was too slow that she doesn’t want to work there. People come there for the morning coffee while they are going at the work but they keep them waiting like they don’t want to serve them. However I need to leave from there after waiting for 30 min without coffee as I was getting late for work. And this is not the first time whenever I go there same thing each and every time. This is was the last time I am visiting there. I will never ever go there....

(1/26/19) Was just there a few minutes ago, around 3:40pm. Walked up, the barista was washing something with her back turned. Waited for a minute or so, finally asked politely if they were open. She pissily dropped whatever she had, turned around & snapped “umm, yeah?”. Looked at us as if we were moronic & it was an inconvenience we were there. She was so incredibly rude with the worst attitude right off the rip, I told her never mind & left. Wish I’d read her name tag so I could name her specifically.
