This is a new shop and everything should be on point but clearly is not. Your customer service for the evening shift is horrific. They need to pay better attention to their job and the customer orders. And not be having a personal conversation on the phone with their besties while people are ordering. Multiple people had to repeat their orders numerous times and some of the sandwiches were done incorrectly. Then we had to deal with the other employee who seem to be mad that she had to fix all the orders that were done incorrectly. Jersey Mike is known for their sandwiches and the customer service they provide. Never had this issue in any other Jersey Mike’s. I tried placing a catering order online a few days ahead, but the site only allowed 48 hrs ahead. So I stopped by the store and placed my order with Hannah, the store manager. She was very friendly and helpful and said she would be there the day of pick up. When that day came she kept me informed that they had a small delay and the order would be ready about 15 minutes later than requested. No big deal. Each piece of sandwich was individually wrapped and boxes were labeled. She included mayo and mustard packets in each box, as well as mini bottles of extra "juice" and napkins. Our drivers and employees loved the sandwiches! We will definitely order catering from them again! Thank you again...

Fresh delicious sandwiches made to order right in front of you. Clean establishment. Friendly ,polite and professional staff. The young man greeted us when we first walked in which I believe is a great impression when entering. It really sets the time for the experience you have during your visit. He was cleaning up while we placed our orderwith a female worker who communicatedvery well. She was also very patient with our family of 4 while we tried to decide what we wanted to order.
