I was super pleased with my service the other night by the little, short, beautiful, young, hard working, red headed, lady that was working the front counter.super sweet and also very prompt considering how busy they were. Always had a smile on her face. Even though at one point she looked as though the was holding back tears. However the ladies that we're also present. Were not so nice. At least not nice to the little red head. One a young biracial female who's attitude towards her coworker wasn't half as bad as the other females and this other lady was a kinda bigger girl Caucasian with blond and black hair. She was working drive thru taking orders and the other girl was fixing drinks and getting orders out the widow. Q the display of disrespect the these two people decided to display in front of a lobby full of people was beyond disrespectful. It was disgusting to watch. It was bullying in the workplace at its finest. I've worked fast food before and I understand it gets busy but you're supposed to be a team. Not two people against one. By the time the incident was another lady what is clocking in so hopefully her attitude was a a lot better then the other two because if not I feel really bad for that poor girl. who has to come into work and be subjected to such disrespect. I think upper management needs to get involved. But that's just my opinion. you should be able to work with your co-workers and I understand not being able to but if you have something to say. for the customers sake sake.please take it in the back where it can't be heard. I know I as a pretty regular customer don't want to hear two people picking on another.Otherwise my visits there are always pretty pleasant. The food's great service is always great. Just hope I dont have to witnesses this again only because next I'll say something. I don't think those two ladies would like the verbal bulling I'm capable of. Oh one more thing these two ladies should be ashamed...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible!!! I love Arby's but this is the worst experience at any location. I'm a 63yr old retired restaurant mgr and I know what to look for in food quality. I ordered a buffalo chicken slider, 4 piece mozzarella stick, roast beef slider and a coke. I can guarantee you that the chicken and mozzarella were re-dropped. There is absolutely no disputing. Mozzarella was like rubber. No stringiness whatsoever. Chicken was the same. Barely warm. Here is how I know that they were re-dropped. From the time I ordered, paid, and received product there was not enough time to fry requested items. What a shame that this location does this. I always have loved both items and know what they should taste like. This was not it. A customer should always be served FRESH product. Regardless if it ordered as your last order of the night. Arby's is not cheap to begin with, but I just wasted $13.02 of my hard earned money!!!! Customers pay YOUR WAGES FOR QUALITY FOOD!!! WITHOUT CUSTOMERS YOU WILL HAVE TO CLOSE YOUR DOORS!!! SO SAD EMPLOYEES ARE LIKE THIS AND SHAME ON THE MANAGER FOR ALLOWING IT...
Read moreMy husband and I really love Arby's. Everytime we go there we always leave very full. This time we had to eat out in our SUV because we had our dog with us. Nevertheless the food was very yummy and hot and fresh!! My husband got the beef brisket sandwich and I got the crispy chicken sandwich. Let me tell you this; in my opinion the Arby's Crispy Chicken Sandwich is 100% better than the McDonald's Mcchicken!! It's juicier and it has way more chicken and it comes on a TOASTED BUN!! (I believe that makes it waaaaay better) Yeah it might be a little more expensive than other fast food places..But the food is always and I mean always yummy and delicious and hot and fresh! Trust me on this if you want an unbelievably yummy Chicken Sandwich then head on over to Arby's!! (you won't regret it!) Remember...Arby's ALWAYS...
