Food here is good, my only complaint since I’ve been going here is the staff, idk if it’s where they’re teenagers or what but none of them have a personality, none of them are customer focused. Always mono tone when talking to me, never say have a good day, never are polite, the owner is the same way, he never really interacts with you or appreciates your business unless he personally knows you.. everytime I come in here they employees are just to damn dry. Makes me not want to eat here and makes me uncomfortable. They don’t listen to the order correctly either, the other day I ordered a sub and specifically said put the spicy onions on the side. Get home and it’s covered in them. I think an entire revamp or coaching of the staff is in order. If they treated everyone like their best friends they would probably get business. I’m also not the only one who thinks this, I’ve had several friends tell me they’re the same way...

This place is an absolute atrocity when I come in with a colleague of mine and a Mr. Richard wants to treat her like the absolute scum of the Earth (apparently he has sour feelings from the past) and be the most disrespectful person and I've ever come in contact with in my entire life... regaurdless of past relationships one should maintain a professional attitude at work. I cannot believe that an establishment that it has been as business this long can tolerate this kind of incessant bullying, and on top of that. He wanted to act like he owns the place and when I asked for the owner's information all the sudden he wanted to play stupid like he had no idea. So if the owner could get in touch with me I would greatly appreciate this. This. Is. An. Absolute. Atrocitiy. If i could give this negitive stars i would. I literally threw my food away in fear that they spit...

Not sure if this place is under new ownership of mgmt, but it's definitely not as good as it used to be and servings are smaller too. Went in and it wasn't busy, ordered 2 subs and it took 20 min to get them, plus they didn't have nearly as many toppings as before or sauces either. Then, got the subs and the full sub had barely enough meat on it to cover a normal half sub sandwich. Additionally, they didn't honor the drink deal prices posted on the door of cooler. Taste was ok but not a good value overall or good service offerings. Probably won't be returning...
