Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Elizabethton

This is the last time I’m ordering from this place. The app offered me a free large pizza if I ordered within a certain time period. So I did just that, I mean who doesn’t like free. That’s before I decided to redeem it. They wouldn’t honor any other deals while I had this free pizza in my cart and made me pay full price for everything else. It wouldn’t even let me redeem my free cinnamon rolls from my rewards account. I get paying full menu price but the free pizza canceling out my rewards too. They want scam me again and this customer orders pizza one to two times a week. Papa johns pizza is better and so are their rewards. They give you a free $10 every $75 spent and you can use it with as many deals as you want. Just be aware of this scam. When ur forced to pay full menu price on everything else. I was recently in there with a group for lunch. We all ordered at the same time. We all got the lunch menu. I got wings and salad with a drink. I received my drink and salad but never my wings. My group all had there food and was about finished eating. Someone in my group asked the waiter where my food was and he stated that he'd forgot. I told him not to worry about them, my lunch break was about over. So I went up front to pay and he handed me my wings in a to go box. I didn't care to pay for my drink and salad but I should of never had to pay for my wings since I told him not to worry about it due to not having enough time to eat them now since I had to get back to work. EDIT Ok, I gotta change my review. This Pizza Hut has turned into the best Pizza Hut in the region now. The food is always good and made fast. The people are friendly. It's always clean inside and out. The app works better than it did, good enough anyway. Best chain pizza place around overall. I mean I did get screwed out of rewards point but otherwise A+.

How does anybody order from this place? The app does nothing but crash, you'll starve to death before the website loads, and good luck getting someone on the phone. I'm not going to drive down there to order and then sit and wait...
