Barefoot Brew — Restaurant in Elizabethtown

Today was a huge disappointment. I sent a private text to Kelly asking for details on her pricing policy. I noticed that the amount for a coffee was nearly double the Industry standard and asked why. At no point did I ask her to adjust the price, I only wanted to know how it was calculated. After her response that included separate charges for everything but the coffee and the cup I opted to find a different establishment to frequent. I would have walked away and that would have been that but she couldn’t resist a little “dig” at the end calling me dear and then entitled. … entitled to what? Knowing what I’m paying for? Six hours later her friends start to message me on Facebook bullying me and threatening me. One even claimed that I practice witchcraft. This is my position: While I CAN afford to pay $8.01 for an iced coffee…I SHOULDN’T. Because that’s way too far out of sync with other mom and pop coffee shops. I’m familiar with Kelly’s practice of discouraging people who leave negative reviews to never darken her doorway again and I’m just going to assure her that that won’t be a problem. I’ll even go so far as to stop frequenting the sandwich shop as well. I shop local, ETHICAL businesses and hers crosses...

Today I tried my first coffee at Barefoot Brew. As always, Bo and Kelly provided the same great customer service as they do at their other location (Barefoot Sandwich Shop). As an avid Non-Coffee Drinker, I will occasionally try a Starbucks coffee when out of town and stopping there with my wife who loves coffee. We were all excited to try the coffee shop and I must say that we were not disappointed! This coffee by far could convince me to start having a cup every morning. Great taste and quality. My wife loved her coffee as well. I would definitely recommend stopping by and checking this place out!!! Many options to choose from that range anywhere from a sweet cup of coffee, iced or hot, and your regular coffee blends that range from light to dark roast. I tried the Elizabethtown roast which had a medium flavor, great taste and no bitter notes. I actually finished the whole cup, which I never do! I had to call and thank them for the great service and the delicious coffees that we received. Can't wait to be able to...

I order on a regular basis from Barefoot Brew, mostly through Door Dash. The past 6-7 times I've ordered I did not receive all my items. I called last week asking if I could go by and get the items I did not receive. The young lady on the phone was not friendly and made it seem as if I did not order the things I did. The whole point in ordering through Door Dash is to have your order delivered. I am disappointed and will not be ordering from them anymore. I do want to add to this review that it was not a door dash issue. My bag with the cakepops was always sealed and not tampered with. I did not receive the correct amount of cake pops I ordered and when I called the store about the issue the girl treated me as if I did not order the amount I said. I did not receive the correct amount the past 6-7...
