Amazing way to get exactly what you want at a Hibachi restaurant. Choose the fresh food from a "salad bar" style setting, including rice or noodles, many fresh veggies, and 4 types of meat. They then cook it for you on the Hibachi grill. What you have put on you plate, they serve it up for you, hot and tasty. It is so very good. Best hibachi grill around and can compete with most any hibachi grill anywhere. The atmosphere is typical for a small town and could improve but otherwise, it is great, great, great!

This place is pretty amazing. Its hibachi style, where you pile your plate with raw ingredients, then they cook on a grill in the dining area. If its takeout, you're charged by the pound. If dining in, you get two trips to the bar. All the ingredients were fresh, and there are a decent amount of choices. I love being able to customize my food, and get exactly how much i want of everything. They weren't the best at refilling our drinks, but everyone was very friendly and the price is very fair.

Food is great when the male co-owner doesn't cook it, he burns the food Everytime. His wife is always rude to people that they don't know & to charge $4.50 for a takeout container is beyond ridiculous, not to mention being charged $1.00 for a cup of water. They burned the food then charged us extra because I didn't eat it.

I WISH I could give this a zero star rating but I feel others must be warned so…….. I am giving it one star but only for the taste of the food. My wife and I were passing through Elizabethtown and stopped in for dinner. In the downtown area this appeared to be the only place open. My wife and I entered and was immediately told that it was “not a buffet!” OK, that’s reasonable to tell someone that. The lady that spoke to us was rude and short, but being hungry we chose to stay (our mistake!). We ordered our food and ate it. Neither of us could finish our meals and wanted a take home box. The lady got upset and said this is “no buffet!” and we would need to either eat the rest of the food because we were going to “waste it” or she would charge us a fee. I was incredulous at this. We paid for a plate of food and as such it was OUR food. She stated it’s not a buffet again. The concept of charging someone for “wasting food” after they paid is insane. What’s the difference between carrying the food YOU PAID FOR on the inside or the outside, it’s YOUR FOOD!. When I was finishing to pay I questioned the amount. She said that we were charged .85 for our cups. We only had water. BTW, you are not to take your drink with you when you leave. Yes, you heard it right., they charge you for not eating all of your food and then will not let you take your drink with you. I did take my cup with me because she charged me for the cup. That cup was mine, I paid for it. Writing this review had me laughing as it was the most ridiculous restaurant experience I have ever had. What shocks me is the locals and sheriff’s deputies that were eating there. They must not know that this is not a normal...

I was ready to give a very bad review by reading other reviews but the only complaint I have is, don't tell me where to sit let me choose and the owner/waitress should learn better public relationship. I had to ask for a refill on water because I was never checked on. The food was actually very good and with my water I paid only $10.25. I can accept that as a reasonable price. Advice to staff* be more acquainted with the customers and let them know that you appreciate them for choosing your restaurant over the rest*. Without the customers coming in and paying for your food, you would fail. So show some appreciation. Conclusion: I had a great visit. Adding to my post after 2 years* Still same problem. The lady seems very pushy, loud and demanding. Calm down and treat your customers with more respect. Don't tell me how to fix my plate, just let me do me and you cook the food and wait on me. I'm a paying customer who chose to come to your restaurant, so therefore I'm paying you to serve me. If you come to my house I would show you the same respect. One more chance and never again if it's...

If it would let me give no star I would. Reason for Thier attitude. Spent $42.00 for 2 1/2 plates of food and 3 drinks in a to go cup. 1/2 plates for a 9 year old. Food was about a 5 on scale of 1to 10. Attitude was getting a refill on iced tea and they only wanted to give 1/2 a cup. I told them to fill it up as I was paying $2.50 for the drink and was thirsty. She copped and attitude even more and we were about to leave anyways and she then started to argue that I could not take my to go cup out the door with me. Also was told not to come back as I was saying that they could not stop me from leaving with a to go cup in my hands. They are even teaching thier kids to tell customers to only take enough to eat and not waste the food or the customer has to pay and extra fee for leaving food on their plate. With their attitude like it is I will not return. No more money from me to...
