Bojangles — Restaurant in Elizabethtown

Ordered on the app got the alert that the order was ready I parked and checked in with the app and on the email I was sent saying my order was ready. 25 minutes later I walked inside and asked about my order they asked for my name and then went and started making my order. She then told me I wouldn't be receiving a large drink even though I ordered and paid for a large because they were out of lids. She did ask me if I wanted anything else in place of the large drink because I paid for it but said she would have to get a mangers approval first I told her I had waited long enough at this point. After waiting 45 minutes for the food only to find out my sandwich wasn't made correctly I paid extra for it to be made into a club and add bacon and cheese and there was none. She didn't offer an apology or any kind of compensation she only said that she didn't know I was outside waiting on my order because their tablet wasn't hooked up and they didn't get an alert about be being there even though I was sitting right outside the drive up window and I saw several employees look out and point at my truck. If I could give no stars, I would. Went through drive thru and was told no sweet tea and no bo berry biscuits. Ordered drinks with no ice they both had it. Got to window only to see the employees playing basketball with trash. I clearly see why there was no sweet tea. Didnt want to make it! Was told to pull forward to which we waited 20mins. Brought rest of order with no sauce that I paid extra for and when asked about it employee turned around and went inside. Got out my car and went inside for it. Employee that ignored me outside was hiding from me. Another employee tells me i did not order an extra honey mustard and it would be a charge. Who would know what was really charged because I wasn't given a receipt when I paid. Will be calling corporate! RIDICULOUS!

Early morning stop, asked for a cajun chicken on bun, which I am a regular and gets the exact same thing other then the sepreme strips. First,the order was all wrong. They put it on a biscuit. I had already waited awhile for car in front of me. Which that person was standing out their vehicle bat the window. Guessing for a problem with there food. I had to pull up and walk up to the window and wait for another sandwich in the cold. I gets sandwich which is on right bread this time but the chicken looked dry and look like it was small and apart of another piece that was broken in half. I was so upset bwithout a apologize or nothing. Then seeing that the manager was the one to have to get off makings the sandwiches to come give me my refund.
