Taco Bell — Restaurant in Elizabethtown

I've been to this taco Bell several times. However, normally, I go through the drive-thru, but this time I went inside. I used the bathroom first, only to find the small trashcan was overflowing, and used bathroom tissue on the floor. I left out & went to the counter to inform the front counter employee. When I approached & told her, she just looked at me and said, "uh-huh, what do you want to order?" I placed a small order, payed, got my cup & went to the beverage counter to my cup, where I see the beverage counter is wet w/ melted icecubes and spilled soda pop or tea, & I thought to myself, "Well, this is disgusting..". I proceeded to a by a near by table, and stood to wait. Looking around, there were 3 tables w/customers, however, 3 other empty tables were dirty w/ food pieces, as well as the floor, & the chairs were all over/disorganized, as if a large group had just left, &no one took the time to organize/clean the lobby. Standing back from the front counter I could see under it, noticing food pieces, sauce packets, and a piece of plasticware. I wondered, " why hasn't anyone cleaned up this lobby"? I decided I better go watch them prepare my food, and see what it looks like in the back kitchen. Kitchen looks clean enough, but I stay there & watch. As I'm standing there another customer comes in, he doesn't buy anything &chatting with the staff as though he knows them all personally. A girl I haven't seen before this comes from the drive-through stands at the counter register &ask him what he wants. He comments on her neck, I look over to see her rubbing it with her hand saying, "I don't know, I think I got bit by something." He states, "that's no bite, you have a rash". Then the first girl comes from behind the wall at the drive-through, to join in the casual conversation at the front counter eatingTaco Bell doughnuts. I get my food, leave and throw away my box of food. A bad day...

The only good thing I have to say is that the food we ordered tasted very good and was made correctly (excluding one burrito being burnt). However, the service was TERRIBLE. We went through the drive thru and the entire 30 minutes we were there, we were the only customers. We waited over 20 minutes for our food and were missing a whole meal so we informed them of that and then a worker tried to argue with us that she made it for us. Which I won't argue that she made it, but we never received it so then we waited an additional 10 minutes for the order we were missing. They also made us pull forward, when again, we were the only customers there (inside and outside).

Well after waiting almost a hour for my food when I got it the quality of the food was awful hardly no meat in tacos and while me and the wife had already eat all our food my son and his wife still haven't got there's yet come to find out they gave it to somebody else in drive thru so while we were waiting for them to get my sons food we noticed there was one of the workers small child running around where they were preparing the food maybe she was 4 years old behind the counter they were very very slow for the money we spent there versus the quality of food we got was very disappointing all I'm saying is that the Taco bell in Elizabethtown is awful don't wast your time...
