Walgreens — Local services in Elizabethtown

Today at around 5:30PM. My aunt went to Walgreens to retrieve our medicine. She received my medication but she didn't received all of hers. So she try to talk to then man and explain that she had more. But he dispute her and say she only have one. So my aunt drive off upset by the poor customer care she just received. So I call Walgreens and try to talk to him. He try to dispute me as well. But I stand firm and told him I saw the prescription list for my aunt and that he was wrong. That when he realize he made a mistake and say it was on the list. He then say he ask the pharmacist if any is in stock. Few minutes later he told me the medicine was in stock. That it take 30 minutes to fill. I listen on the phone when the man dispute my aunt. He didn't even bother to double check behind himself or the others that work there. The point is if a customer say there more please don't dispute them first. Just double check. It might seem like a waste of time. But think if the customer is right. Some poor soul could be relaying on...

I keep getting at least three texts and calls to pick up scripts, no matter when I agreed to pick them up, and of course they’re not done. I call in scripts for refills when I have refills on the bottles, only for them to tell me they need to call for new scripts. Unable to get new scripts filled on Fridays since they have to send off for a pill. They aren’t able to fill on weekends due to being closed, but CVS has to send for them, and they have the scripts, and can possible get them by Monday. I just skip meds when they don’t have them, evidently consistency is not important...

I live about 35 minutes away and am poor. 3 times already the online site said my prescriptions were ready for pick up and then when I get there they tell me it's too early I need to wait 3 more days. Gas aint cheap. Then one of my prescriptions I have been taking for several years now is due and they decide to review it the date it is due. So I have to suffer until they get through with the review. so far it is 3 days late and still waiting.
