Ordered a bowl for delivery. Arrived about 30 minutes later than the expected delivery time. Ordered chicken, it was topped with brisket instead, which would have been fine if there weren't a few too many bites of gristle. Didn't come with a fork, or even a spoon, or even a napkin, which was a bummer considering I'm in a hotel room that lacks any cutlery. That's not the hotel's fault. I opted to eat it with a coffee cup lid (no, seriously) to save myself the mess of using my hands. Outside of the brisket, it tasted fine, I guess. I wouldn't have minded the late delivery (there was heavy storm rolling through, and I understand stuff just happens) if I didn't have to struggle with scooping gristly brisket into my mouth with a lid. Open the meat for Tom and heat it up. Solved. Instead you're losing a loyal customer. Customer Service is everything. If you don't have 1 of 4 items (25% of the menu) that is now a issue... Properly stock and plan ahead. Period. I worked as a assistant chef and was in charge of ordering. It is a simple math formula. Prep in advance. Have back ups. It's not hard. The last time was 1 hour before closing, that tells me they didn't want to take the time.

I was relieved when the staff were understanding and offered to make me another quesadilla when they could have turned me away. Peter, the night manager, came out to talk to me and empathize about how he would feel if it happened to him.
