Changing my review to a 1 star based on the service today. I ordered a sandwich and a drink with my coworkers (since group ordering is disabled for now) and when it got the our office, the ladies (thank you both for being honest about the situation) who delivered it stated that someone from the store would call me and let me know the sandwich I wanted wasn't available a new a driver would be out. I waited on the call and at the 1 hour mark, I called the store to ask. I spoke to a gentleman who was talking to a coworker "Some dude on the phone is saying we were supposed to call him and that two ladies delivered his coworkers food." One of the ladies said exactly what she said to us when delivering the other food and when she stated that, the gentleman said "Why would you tell him we would call?" to which she responded "Because we didn't have his sandwich so we should have let him know." He came back and stated that they didn't have the sandwich and I asked why no one called me. He stated "we attempted to but it went to voicemail." I let him know he just asked his coworker why they'd call me and that I never received their call because one wasn't made. I cancelled my order and told him to have a great afternoon.
Since 2019 when JJ's was bought by Inspire Brands, it's gone down hill. This location has never given me any issues, even when they're busy. However, stating to their coworker on the phone "why would we call him?" and then telling me that they attempted to call me when they didn't really doesn't settle with me since this has probably happened to others. Read moreToo often people only speak of the good or only the bad. Here’s a small amount of both. There are actually very nice people working at this restaurant. While i’ve never been inside, i’ve been through the drive-thru too many times to count. Excellent service most of the time. One woman constantly goes above & beyond for me & i appreciate her. I wish i knew her name. However, there is one lady who if often at the window when i come through who is very pushy, almost always comes off as not enjoying herself or her job. This often makes me as a customer not enjoy coming to this restaurant. I’m hoping the story is different inside, but every single time I come through the drive-thru, it takes an extremely long amount of time for anything. What happened to “freaky fast?” The food is always delicious for me, but I spend so much time waiting for it that I could easily go somewhere else where they focus on their drive-thru which has more people waiting than inside. Read moreDid an online order (days before, so they were well aware of it) for a large catering order. It was supposed to be picked up at 5:30. I called a little earlier in the day & let them know that my husband will be there a little earlier, 5:15-5:20.... at 6:00pm he was STILL there waiting for them to complete the order. We needed it at the location no later than 5:45, needless to say it was late. I called & spoke to the manager to try to get an estimated time, my husband is very quite & don't like to say much, the manager NEVER ONCE apologized for the inconvenience & couldn't tell my how much longer it would be. So, I pay $100 for some sandwiches that are late & thrown together very mess. This is the 3rd time we have used this Jimmy Johns in E-town for catering but it will be the last!!!! A simple apology would have went a long way!!
