I’ve always liked raising canes so wanted to try this chain to compare
Everything was Terrible! I attribute it more to the employees working here not giving a damn and being lazy and incompetent, acting like I was an inconvenience when I was the only one there this afternoon and them having to do what they are paid for!
Nothing was fresh, everything was old, dry and bad
The chicken tenders were small, dry and old/tough, fries cold and soggy, Texas toast not even buttered and stale, didn’t ask me what sauces I wanted while ordering and had to be the one to be like “umm don’t I get some sauce with these???”
The cheddar cheese curds were again old and hard and cold, just go to Culver’s and avoid these
The wings barely had any sauce and were also not fresh at all
Completely terrible experience from the attitude and laziness of the employees to the product I paid for in every regard
With decent staff maybe this chain is comparable to canes? I’ll never know as I won’t return here based off todays experience
Go to a raising canes if you ever get the chance I’ve never had a bad experience at one anywhere in the country

Read moreI hate that I have to type this. We moved away from Kentucky 6 years ago. Every year we come down to visit family, my wife and I look forward to a stop at Zaxby’s in Etown.
We’ve never had a bad experience , or even a mediocre experience. For a fast food establishment it’s always been good. Yesterday, was a major letdown. The “chicken fingerz” didn't taste the same, not even close . The chicken is smaller in portions than it used to be, it was over breaded and over cooked. The Texas toast was cold, the fries were mush. Top it off with higher prices and an inferior product, is a major letdown.
I’m not sure if the company/location is under new ownership/management ? However, it really feels like they’re going in the direction of cheaping out on product and yet charging the customer more. That isn’t very pro-consumer. That’s $26 and some odd change I’ll never get back for a place I used to recommend to friends. Read moreSo I arrived at the Elizabethtown location at 615pm. I took all 3 children and my wife inside to get something to eat. We placed our order and paid at 631pm. It wasn't until 30 MINUTES LATER we recieved our meal. We probally wouldnt have recieved it if i had not walked up to the counter and waited for it. The firl with the very gready burgandy colores hair was at the counter and called my nu.Berry very softly to the point wjere i could hardly hear her. I told her it was about time that we have been waiting for 30 minutes. She then proceeded to turn away from me and made a huffing sound and said and I quote "well we are kinda overloaded" There was approximately 5 other people waiting on Thier meals and a few others who just walked in. And no cars in the drive through placing orders just one waiting.. this is by far the worst experience I've ever had at a reastraunt even the longest wait.
