Still the most garbage place to deliver for.

This is absolutely, without a doubt the worst place to take doordash orders from. And not just this location. Check reddit doordash and search Popeyes and see how many people cringe at the thought of a dasher accepting orders from here. I dont know why but they will not start preparing an order until you're checked in, physically in their store. Everytime I've been here there's been at minimum 3 people inside waiting on their food. And not just a couple minutes, I'm talking 15+ minutes for a combo meal. They give high priority to their drive thru and ignore instore customers for the majority and totally forget about us dashers. I was in here Friday April 29th for a doordash. Told the young boy at the register I'm doordash and told name. He showed me the ticket hanging there, then a girl on the other side of the food counter had him start a different order. I counted and watched 7 people get their order before my order was even started on. Finally one of the workers seen the ticket and said "is anyone here for doordash" and I said yes, me. She asked have I been waiting and I replied "yes, I've been waiting here 27 minutes now" as I started my timer on my watch when I entered. They finally started preparing the order and I received it 32 minutes after I entered the store. The only silver lining here is this was a $16.25 order but I did have a 16 mile round trip to make. So it wasn't a total bust but I surely did not make what I should have that hour. None the less I will never deliver for this place again. Any Popeyes order is an automatic decline for me. Ive delivered 3 orders from here over 4 months and have waited well over an hour total for 3 orders. I do understand there is a worker shortage at some places. I don't understand how Chick Fil A can have 15 workers at their store, that's visible, not sure how many back in kitchen, yet Popeyes has 4 or 5 that's visible. The service was absolutely terrible... The cashier was an idiot. he didn't know how to take our order... He told us they hadn't had no coleslaw so I asked for the mgr and she told me they hadn't had coleslaw for almost a week... I've purchased food there for yrs and never had a problem with them until last night.. We were so upset that we called talked to the manager and asked for the district manager. While at the store waiting for my order I heard a lobby full of people also complaining about the poor service. When my order was finally getting worked on because the employees were too busy laughing and playing than getting the orders together (that also includes the manager who was laughing right along with them) I was told by one employee the only one actually working in there that nobody wanted to make my food so she had to do it all her self. That really made me irate to hear that. I had an order that was well over $20 it wasn't a hard order it simply was chicken, mashed potatoes, and red dirty beans and rice. By the way the employees were acting and taking there lack of concern for customers seriously it led me to see that they didn't want to make my food because they didn't like how the manager had to come do my order because their cashier was Straight stupid and to be honest he looked like he was high on something. The food always tastes fresh and hot but it's ridiculous how literally every time I visit this Popeyes, I never received a sauce, even when they ask me what sauce I want and I tell them.

Edit 7/25/21 : Still never getting sauces no matter how many times I visit. I even tell them and it shows on receipt but I never get sauce on any visit. Dropping down to 1 star.

Edit 10/9/21 : Still never receiving in any sauces, despite them asking me what sauce I want. Also never getting utensils when I order something that clearly needs utensils, such as red beans and rice. I might just stop going to Popeyes. This is ridiculous.

Edit 12/3/21 : After nearly two months of avoiding Popeyes, I tried giving it a chance once again. This time I ordered the 5 piece tender combo with two sauces and a spicy chicken sandwich. I got home and opened the bag and only saw the 5 piece combo and the sauces (surprised me) but no sandwhich. I checked the receipt and luckily it showed I only got charged for what I got, but it's still frustrating I always have an issue when I visit this Popeyes. I was really wanting the sandwhich. What makes it worse is the person taking my order asked if I wanted anything else after the combo and I said "yes, the spicy chicken sandwhich, just the sandwhich."
