Roma's Restaurant — Restaurant in Elk City

Several complaints from this place. Went on a dead night (not surprised) there was only 1 table in the entire restaurant with ppl, and i was sat right next to them. Mind you i had a book in hand so i wanted some quite relaxing time to read.

The food i ordered had great presentation but was kind of tasteless, the sauce wasn't that great but overall it was ok.

I ordered a margarita pizza and it was horrible. I ordered the small and payed almost $20 for it. Chain pizza is WAY better than theirs. I basically got a cheese pizza and again no flavor.

My waitress was excellent but i could hear them arguing from the back and when she offered to bring me a sample of pizza the owner said no because others will start expecting free food. Bro your maybe $1 loss would gain you $19 more based on your pizza prices, maybe focus on improving your food and not lying about having brick oven pizza. It took maybe 30 mins for it to be ready while a brick oven gets so hot they're typically ready in about 5 mins.

Luckily I'm not a local and am only here for work, if not I wouldn't be...

We got a small pepperoni pizza and mozzarella sticks.

Traveling from Wisconsin to Arizona and after being on the road for 16 hours anything sounds great. When we phoned in the order they said it would 20 minutes really it took 15 so that was a bonus. Staff was really friendly in person and on the phone. The presentation of the pizza looked like a low budget like a frozen one from the store but that was damn near the best pizza I have ever had. It was a little on the greasy side and was a little worried about that (due to traveling) but wasn't an issue. The mozzarella sticks were absolutely the best ones I have ever had throughout the 50 states. The price is why I had to give it 3 stars. The total was about $30. I think we paid about $28?? (We thought it was a bit much for what we got)But definitely would stop there again for a meal. The restaurant itself looked a bit older inside and out but over all looked really clean even tho it wasn't busy and they were about to close, so that may have been a factor. Over good place for...

A coworker and I had dinner here for the first and LAST time this evening. The food was okay, nothing special, and our waitress served us well enough. I have a few complaints, first being the atmosphere, sitting away from the kitchen I could still here someone yelling at employees, and out of the three people on the floor only one waitress seemed to be doing much of anything and she was working her butt off cleaning up tables as it was close to closing. Our beers we had with our meal were cool, not even cold and tasted as though they’d been hot and cooled back off multiple times. Before walking out after paying our check I clearly heard the male on the floor telling someone very loudly that he didn’t want to make them cry in front of customers.
