I ordered a 24 Laramie mega cab from Shawn and James at Lipscomb in Elk city, the truck made it in and I took it home and decided I wanted a dual alternator installed. I took it back some time later and dropped it off and while I was there I spoke to James about possibly trading my wheels for some black limited wheels and he informed me they had some in the back that i could take, i didn’t even have to pay, I could just have them! I was ecstatic! After that I told james I wouldn’t take up anymore of his time and he put me in a 2022 GMC Duramax while mine was being worked on. I was beyond impressed and to top it off I had my brothers wedding in Galveston and James, the manager at Lipscomb, let me take the loaner all the way down to Galveston so I wouldn’t miss the wedding. A day before I was bringing back the loaner I was pulling into town and hit a large tumbleweed that rolled into the road and it ended up cracking the headlight on the driver side. I take it back the next morning to swap out the trucks and drive in the back to find those Black Limited wheels but no luck and so I pull up front and as I’m pulling up James the manager pulls up. I go speak to him about hitting the tumbleweed and cracking the headlight aswell as about those wheels, I’m talking to him, apologizing and he tells me that it’s alright and that it’s no worries and they’ll get it all taken care of and that he would get me those limited wheels and just to give him a little bit of time. I get in my truck and leave extremely impressed with the whole truck buying process, the kindness, the loaner truck, and the willingness to let me have the wheels i wanted at no cost to me! I really can’t say enough good things about James and his willingness to please the customer and make sure everything was exactly what and how I wanted it . I’ll post pictures of the wheels on here after I get them! If you’re having possible doubts or concerns about going to this dealership to buy a new vehicle just leave all that behind. I would highly recommend Lipscomb out of Elk city and speak with James he definitely goes the extra mile and then some to make sure you’re satisfied. 5 star...

Ive called a day ahead and scheduled a appointment that fit a good time for me ! today 11/12/16 Jenifer was working and I came in for a simple oil change and she notified me that there were two updates for my 2015 ram and asked if I would like for them to go ahead and do the update cause it takes a little while to do the process ,they could have sent me out the door with only what I came in for but they CARE !!!! also I only drive my truck on the Highway and the air filter is never real dirty but I change it at every service no matter what ,Jennifer brought me the air filter and asked if I wanted it changed even though it was not horrible ..they could have just put one in and charged me without asking but to me I can trust someone like that that isn't just trying to sell parts that are not needed ! I bought this truck new in Amarillo and Texas dodge has the worst service department ever ... I told Jenifer today the next truck I buy will be bought at Doug Gray I know if there service department is this good I can trust there Sales department! Read moreThis place is a joke for a dealership. You buy a car there but won't take care of you. And the car was used but it was a dodge and the extended warranty was bought. The part was delayed due to shipping in June. No loaner,then get one to have it barley two weeks and told have to return it because they need it back. Go in to see about trading it. Was told someone would call us. No one did. We went back in to have a salesman Jacoby pawn us off on another salesman. Jacoby promised we would hear from him that day. We limped our car with a busted carrier bearing to the Ford house. They new the issue and moved mountains to get us in something giving the same amount for his car as Dodge had quoted. We never heard back from anyone from Dodge till after having the new Ford for a week to let us know the part was in. Yes we did get upset at Dodge because they never stayed in contact with us, we needed a car to get to work and shuffle kids. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone. Customer service is non existent. They need some major schooling in. We understand things are tough right now. But they did nothing to try to make it better.
