Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Elk Grove Township

I have ordered from this store for delivery to different locations in the past. I order on the mobile site which allows the orderer to change delivery locations. Tonight, pizza which shows clearly on my phone order it was to be delivered to one address was mistakenly delivered to another address by the store. I was treated rudely on the phone when I called and told they would neither redeliver to the correct place, nor refund the order, as the driver left the pizza at the incorrect address so it was "received". I drove to the location to show Kylie what my phone order said, though her computer showed another address. After much rudeness, she voided the order, still not apologizing, or admitting that anything wrong had occurred. She insisted only one address is linked to a phone number for orders. This is very clearly not the case on the mobile ordering site. Worst customer...

Yes I know it is busy on a Friday night but when you give someone a time when it is ready you should expect it to fall within the time. (See attached pictures on review). I worked for Dominos about 12 years ago and this location is not organized by any means. There was a girl up front that didn't look a day over 10 years old that all she did was put tags on boxes. Not acknowledge anyone up front or answer phones literally tag the boxes was it. A lady walked in about 5 minutes after me that ordered her pizza and walked out the same time I did. Luckily I checked my order because they forgot to add the 3 additional sauces that was requested on the order. Showed my order was 13 - 23 minutes it took nearly 40 minutes. ( see attached photos). 1 star is overrating this location. They had some of the worst customer service I have ever had. Forgot to send out part of my order. Refused to deliver the missing portion in a timely matter so I had to drive to pick it up. Still had to wait at the store for a half hour for my food. Even though they refunded the entire price of my meal, I still feel like I was ripped off. I think I lost part of my soul today... I ordered at 635pm and finally was able to eat my portion of dinner at 845pm without my fiance because her food was actually delivered unlike mine... Odds are, you will never see my money again. I did chuckle when I went in and saw the order board there and saw that your location was ranked unsatisfactory in EVERY CATEGORY... And that there were other people complaining there about...
