Horrible overpriced disgusting cafeteria food! Came in on Thursday night at 8 pm and no one was there at the check in booth so we decided to sit ourselves down after waiting about ten minutes. Nina (our waitress) came and got us our drinks. A lot of their drinks are flat especially the Pepsi so beware on what type of drink you get. We ordered 2 french onion soups, one order of mozzarella sticks, a cesar salad, lasagna and cheeseburger. My cheeseburger was LITERALLY falling apart. I had to keep picking up the meat and putting it back on the burger. I decided to complain to Nina, which in return gave me an attitude and told me it was taken off the check. The mozzarella sticks are the ones you buy in the bag in bulk, so don’t expect anything special out of them and the french onion soup was lukewarm at best. Cesar salad was really bland. Croutons were extremely hard to bite and barely any dressing on the salad. Lasagna was mediocre, horrible after taste. Overall, the experience was horrid. I figured if they had such a bad attitude with removing a $10 cheeseburger, that I would call back the next day and speak to a manager.
I called at 2 pm the next day and spoke to someone who was a manager, but not the GENERAL manager who I had to apparently speak to. Whoever I spoke to told me to call back at 4:30 pm, which I did and was told I would get a call back. I had to call 5 times cause NO one was calling me back. I kept getting told I would be called back but nothing until about 9:10 pm which Michelle the “general manager” called me. She had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. Kept talking over me, saying she can’t do anything and diminishing how I felt that day I came in. After going back and forth for about 15 minutes, she told me the operations manager would call me today (Saturday) which he did. Not sure what his name is, but he was even worse than Michelle. Had such a negative attitude, kept telling me I was in the wrong and that all he could offer was a $15 gift certificate which I don’t need. I spent $100.00 on the worst food and on top of that, got the worst service too. I highly recommend staying away from this place. There’s many other good food choices in the area than...
Read moreFirst time here! We walked in and a child had vomited, which surprisingly did not deter us from wanting to eat here. We sat down order drinks and two orders of calamari to get things going. My wife had ordered a Margarita, which initially looked awesome for its size. My wife tries it and taste like lemonade no reflection of margarita besides the salt on the rim. Eventually the two calamari appetizers arrived. One of the plate sorta spilled over on to the table, which understandably we know things happen. The server proceeded to place the calamari that fell on the table to the plate for us to eat. My wife kindly asked her not to do that, server took what was ever on the table away. Zero efforts to possibly right a wrong here. I proceeded to ask the server about a specialty pizza that had jardinera 8f it had some spice, could not really get an answer from her on regards to this. My daughter embrace and enjoy the “make your own pizza” concept. When the pizza arrived, gorgeous presentation. We served ourselves, almost any other pizzeria I have ever been too always offer to serve the first slice, no extra napkins.Back to the pizza, delicious and really flavorful. The pizza itself salvaged some of the experience. Table was cleared, dessert was offered. Looked at my wife’s margarita that was barely touched, server did not even ask why. Did not even want to be at this point, because of the disappointment in service. I had ordered an Arnold Palmer, surprised about my being charged for the refill but wasn’t surprised. My other daughter did say the pizza would taste better as take out,...
Read moreMy supervisor and I stopped in for the first time from our lunch at a corporate office nearby and we were very disappointed. When we first walked in, we waited for about 5 minutes before we were acknowledged by the staff. The person who finally seated us offered a table at the back of the restaurant when most people were being seated at the front so we asked to be seated at a booth in the front instead. The booth had no condiments or lunch offering signage so I took the initiative to take it from the booth behind us. It took about another five minutes before our server decided to make an appearance and ask us if we'd like drinks. We advised her that yes, we would like drinks and that we are also ready to order. We ordered the baked Rigatoni and when the server brought it to us, we were appalled by the small portion and bare meal. The server noticed the expression on our faces and asked if we needed anything else so we asked "Does bread come with this?" She said "sure" and brought a loaf of bread. I did notice that other tables were being readily served with loafs of bread. So, I tried to rationalize with supervisor suggesting that this small portion of pasta and bare meal may be a lunch portion for $7. Well, our meal turned out to be $16 each and to be courteous, we left a 20% gratuity. Paying $20 each for a small portion pasta dish with unsatisfactory service left a really bad first impression. It is highly unlikely that we will ever return to this restaurant. Moreover, we will advise our fellow associates, family and friends against them making the...
